"K2 slept in the plane too!" Tommy defended himself.
"We expect that from K2, you could have brought me with you!" Taylor scolded him.
K2 walked away, afraid of Taylor's wrath. She walked over to Samantha and sat down on the log next to her.
"Where's Cara, Hannah and Fatima? Oh, and Jake?" K2 asked her.
"Dead." Samantha responded, "Dinosaurs ate them."
"Did you check for sure they-"
"Ask Julia, she was the last one with Cara." Samantha interrupted, not in the mood to talk. Bitch K2 thought as she made her way over to Julia.
"Look I did everything I could, Cara was already being eaten. There were three dinosaurs!" Julia quickly said before K2 even got a chance to say hello. K2 noticed something was fishy.
"Oh, I don't doubt you. That must have been scary. Megan and I went through the same thing, except both of us came out alive." K2 said, doubting everything Julia said.
"If you don't mind can you tell me exactly what happened?" K2 politely asked. (K2???? Polite?????)
Julia nodded,
"Yeah, so we were running away from the plane and a dinosaur killed Hannah and Fatima, oh and back at the plane a dinosaur killed Jake. So we were running away again and Cara says she'll sacrifice herself for me. I tell her not to but she still does, I couldn't do anything."
K2 nodded and patted Julia on the back,
"I'm sorry you had to go through that."
Sydney and Ty helped Faith stand up for the first time in a long time. Faith's legs shook and she leaned her weight on Sydney and Ty. After a while Faith was used to the feeling of standing, Sydney and Ty let go as Faith took her first steps.
"I'm walking!" Faith laughed as she slowly walked from Ty to Sydney.
"She's walking!" Sydney cried out, and hugged Faith.
"She's walking?" Austin came over to see that Faith was walking, soon everyone surrounded Faith and was watching her walk.
"Big deal, she's walking. Tell me when she does something useful- Hey! Where did you all get shirts?" Tommy looked at the group.
"They had extras in their bag." Taylor said, motioning towards Julia.
"Are there any left?" Tommy asked, as he was now the only one shirtless.
"Why don't you go look for one at your stupid plane?" Taylor said.
While everyone was distracted K2 separated herself and Samantha from the group.
"What?" Samantha said (full of anger, how rude)
"I think Julia's lying. I don't think Cara sacrificed herself. You know Cara better than I do, does she seem like the sacrificing type?" K2 quietly told her.
"No... But Julia wouldn't lie to me." Samantha said, erasing the moment of hope she had.
"I think Julia killed Cara, or at the least tried to kill her." K2 said,
"...I think Cara might still be alive."
Cara woke up with a blindfold over her eyes and a headache. She heard a noise in front of her and she immediately froze.
"Don't bother, I know you're awake." A females voice said, with an old timey accent. Cara wondered who it could be, the copilot? Cara thought, but the thought quickly left head when she remembered they didn't have one.
"Now, I'm going to remove the bandana from your face, please don't try and attack." The woman said.
Cara said nothing.
She felt the woman untie something behind her head, a bright light momentarily blinded her. Cara blinked her eyes as they adjusted to the change.
"Who are you?" Cara asked.
"She speaks!" The woman smiled down at her. Cara had no idea who she was, but as she looked at her face in the light, something about her seemed familiar.
"So... Who are you?" Cara asked again.
"Who are you?" The woman retorted.
"I should assume you know who I am, I am quite the celebrity."
"I'm Cara... And sorry, but I have no idea who you are. I mean- you look familiar." Cara tried not to offend her kidnapper.
"Pleased to meet you Cara. I'm Amelia, Amelia Earhart that is."
