What's Two More

Chapter 37- Family Day

Da'Cia P.O.V: The guys are finally off the TMH tour but the WWAST starts in a few months. It's been a bit since all the craziness and the twins are five months old. They are so cute. As they get bigger I can tell they'll be a handful. Kaylen is already sassy and Kellan wants to be on his tummy on the floor so he can look around and grab at things. Zayn is asleep on our bed with both babies on his chest. I smile and snap a picture moment like that are priceless. I decide to sneak down stairs. When I get down stairs I clean up, then start looking over wedding plans. Kendra and I had been talking and I want her to design my wedding dress. When I first asked Kendra to make my dress she was so surprised.
I go over wedding stuff for about an hour before I decide to make some breakfast. Just as I'm almost done cooking I hear crying. I look at the monitor and see Zayn rocking Kaylen. I smile. I love watching Zayn with them. Zayn comes down with them right as I finish cooking. "Some thing smells good." Zayn says as I take the babies. "Well, I made bacon, eggs, and pancakes." I say smiling. Zayn smiles and kisses me. "I love you." he tells me. "I love you to." I say as Zayn starts making his food. I lay both babies on their tummies in their shared play pen for tummy time. " Let's take them to the park" Zayn says. I smile. "I was thinking that. It'll be fun. I'll pack a picnic lunch to." I say happily. "Some one is happy." Zayn states. "Yerp. I finally get to spend some family time with my man and my babies." I say.
*A few hours later*
Da'Cia P.O.V: I packed a few different things in our picnic basket as Zayn got the big diaper bag ready. Once we were ready we headed to the park. When we got to the park Zayn was holding Kaylen and I had Kellan. I knew they'd love the swings. So I told Zayn and he nodded. We strapped them in and started pushing them. They both started with those cute baby laughs that melt your heart. I let Zayn push both and I took a video of them. After pushing them for a while I got on the slide and put them in my lap. Zayn made sure to get videos because I wanted them. We took turns going on the slides and pushing them on the swings and even putting them on the little horse rocker things. The twins were loving it. They were laughing and smiling and their eyes were sparkling. The paps showed up but Zayn made sure to keep them far enough away. One decided to be slick and try to come to close. Zayn went to him. "I'd love for you to get nice pictures and stuff, but not today. I'm with my family and we don't want to deal with all the lights, cameras and stuff so this is your warning." I heard Zayn tell him. I could tell every one was watching to see if Zayn was kidding but when he didn't back down they knew he wasn't and he backed up. "Thank you." Zayn said before turning and coming back over. I smiled at Zayn and we played with the babies a while more.
After we finished playing I got our picnic ready and Zayn came over with Kellan who had falleN asleep and a tired Kaylen. I fed them before we left the house at 10am and it's now 12:45, so I know they probably weren't hungry yet so they'd sleep until they were. I took Kaylen from Zayn as he laid Kellan in the stroller. I rocked Kaylen and she was asleep a few minutes later. After laying her down I sat in front of Zayn. We ate in a peaceful silence for a while. "So pretty." I say after looking around at the flowers that were now in season. Zayn nodded. "Not as pretty as you though. But, it is very pretty." Zayn says. I nod. "A late spring early summer wedding." I say smiling. "In late May? The twins could be in it.. they'll be 18 months old." I say looking at Zayn through my eye lashes. Zayn smiles. "That sounds great." As I notice that we've both finished eating and are now just talking. I smile. After a few more minutes of just talking we pack up our stuff and head home. When we get home Kellan eats then goes back to sleep then about 10 minutes later Kaylen does the same.
"Let's watch a movie." I tell Zayn. He nods.We watch several movies and I'm loving it. The babies are laying on Zayn and I and we're cuddled up to each other. "I can't believe I'm going to say this, but pick one of your chick flicks since, I know you want to." Zayn says. I smile at him. "Um..Titanic, The Notebook, or 27 Dresses." I say. "Um, Haven't seen The Notebook." Zayn replied. I nod. Before we start the movie we order some pizza. We watch The Notebook and eat pizza and hold our babies. The movie ends and Zayn and I kiss. We kiss for a while surprisingly. We pull our heads close to each other and I know neither of us want this moment to end.
