Chapter 29- Babies Are Here

Da'Cia P.O.V: It's been a bit since Zayn and the babies left and I'm starting to get anxious. As my anxiety starts coming on when the door opens and Zayn is behind her. She pushed the babies in. I smile. She passes them to me and I coo at them happily. "Your little girl is 5 pounds 5 ounces and 16 inches long. She's very healthy. Your little boy is 5 pounds 8 ounces he is 18 inches long. He's just a healthy." I smile. As I held them they started crying. I tried to rock them and all when the nurse says "They're hungry. Are you planning to breast or bottle feed." "Breast." I say.
I feed both of then and we get them changed and they go to sleep. Soon everyone is coming in and taking turns holding them. It's been about an hour when Zayn and I sign the birth certificate. The same nurse Lola smiles. "Kaylen Sophia and Kellan Javvad Malik. Love those names." she tells me.
*3 Days Later*
Da'Cia P.O.V: Today Zayn and I get to take the babies home. As we get the babies in the house I can't stop smiling. They are so cute. I had just fed them. Zayn sat on the couch and I passed him both. He is so good with them. I snap a few quick photos. Twitter has gone crazy so has several other major networking sites about them being born. Today has been long. We are still getting used to twins. We decide to post a picture of them on twitter. I find the two cutest hats that Kendra had gotten for them and put them in them We lay them on the matching blanket and snap some pictures and post them. The pictures haven't been up for two minutes when people start saying how cute they are. I smile. Zayn kisses me. "I love you and them." he says. "I love y'all to." I reply. "I love the nurseries." Zayn says. "Took for ever to do them. I'm glad you like them." We get on our bed with the babies. I'm holding Kaylen and Zayn is holding Kellan. I have my head on Zayn. I smile after a second. I start humming a lullaby I know. Zayn looks confused.

As I finishing singing I look up and see Zayn asleep. I smile. I remember when my mom used to singing it to me and I'd fall asleep right away. I gently move Kellan and lay him in his bassinet and then lay Kaylen in hers. I kiss all three of them then walk down stairs. Just as I get down stairs I here a knock on the door. I walk over and open it and Kendra, Sarah, and the guys are standing there holding stuff. I let them in and quickly tell them to be quiet. "Where's Zayn and the babies?" Sarah asks. "Sleep." I say. She nods but frowns. I smile and say "I'll go get the babies. But, y'all have to be quiet and let Zayn sleep." I tell them. Every one nods. I roll my eyes and get the twins and bring them down. As I walk down the stairs I'm gently bouncing them. When I get back to them Kendra and Sarah are the first to get them. The lads give me the things they brought with them. I smile at the different onesies that say Aunties baby or Uncles little man ect. "They are so cute." Harry says. "Girls and guys will be wrapped around their little fingers." Louis says. I laugh. "Aw, Thanks." I say and smile. Everyone takes turns holding them when they start getting fussy. All eyes are on me. I take Kellan who is starting to cry and gently shh's him and rubs his back. I notice he's wet and change him. I give him back to Liam.
Kaylen starts crying and I notice the time. I take her from Niall and sigh. "I need to feed her." I say. "Go ahead go cover yourself to feed her then come back." Kendra says. I smile and nod. When I get upstairs Zayn sits up. "Lads here?" he asks. "Yea." I say. He nods "thought I heard something." he says. I tell him to go downstairs. It's two minutes after Zayn leaves the room when my cell goes off. I answer with out looking. "Da'Cia." I hear my mamas voice say. "Mama?" I say making sure. "Yes, I want to see you." she says. I bite my lip not sure. We did get into a lot when she found out I was pregnant but, she is my mom and their grandma and I want them to know her. "That sounds good." I say. "When and where?" she says. "I live in England now. So whenever you can fly out let me know and I'll tell you where." I reply. "Ok, Da'Cia I have to go. I love you." she says. "I love you to." I say and hang up.

*Two Days later*
Da'Cia P.O.V: The babies are five days old now. They can't get any sweeter. I'm laying on the couch eating ice cream and they are on their swings. Zayn went out for an interview after I forced him out the door. I hear a knock on the door and I get up. I look and see who it is and my mom is standing there. I hug her and she smiles. "You look great Da'Cia." she says. "Thanks., Come in." I say. she walks in. I close the door and we walk over to the babies. "They are so adorable." she says. "Thank you." I say. I let her kiss them but, I won't let her pick them up yet.
She's been here and hour when Kaylen wakes up and I pass her to my mom. She's smiling. After a bit Kellan wakes up. She tells me she has to go and gets a few pictures of them. She kisses me bye then leaves.
Zayn returns that night. As we watch some news show it says "New information on #MalikBabies." I look at Zayn confused. We turn up the t.v and listen. "We have some picture of Zayn Malik and his girl friend Da'Cia's twins." Zayn and I stare at the t.v when the pictures my mom took today pop up. I'm pissed to the max. "Isn't that what the babies had on today?" Zayn asks. "Yes, and my mother is the one who took the pics." I say. I get up and dial her number ready to cuss her out when Zayn grabs my arm and shakes his head. "She's not worth it." He pulls me over to the twins. I look at them and they start cooing. I love my family!
