*Astons point of view*

‘Cassie…’ I breathed running towards her

‘Oh my god is she ok?’ someone shouted

‘I don’t…I don’t know…’ I stuttered ‘Can someone call an ambulance!’ I shouted ‘Cassie can you hear me’ I asked shaking her lightly …but this time she didn’t respond…she just lay there ‘Oh my god…’

‘The Ambulance is on its way…’ someone called out

‘Cassie…please wake up’

*4 minutes later*

‘Excuse me…we need to get through’ I heard someone shout out pushing the fellow gym members out of the way. It was the paramedics

‘Whats her name?’ one of them asked

‘Its…Its Cassie’ I stuttered ‘Is she going to be alright?’ I asked

‘We just need to do some checks’ she smiled putting an oxygen mask over Cassie’s mouth ‘She should wake up in the next couple of minutes now she’s getting this oxygen’

I few minutes of silence went by, the paramedics checking a few things until she finally flickered her eyes open in shock.

‘Cassie..my names Jen im a paramedic’

‘What….What happened?’ she said trying to get up

‘No don’t move…you need to stay lying down for me’

‘Im fine…’ she breathed through the oxygen mask and clutching onto her head in pain

‘I don’t think you are’ I stuttered

‘We need to know how long ago you ate…?’ the paramedic asked

‘This…this morning’ she stuttered

‘Are you sure?’ the paramedic asked…unconvinced as Cassie just nodded ‘What did you eat?’ she added

‘Toast…’ she said breathing thorough the mask

The paramedics got her sitting upright on the floor and leaning against a wall in the gym, the area cleared so she had space. With her drinking ice cold water, the paramedics measured her blood sugar and blood pressure.

‘Your blood sugars are very low…and your blood pressure is too high.’ The paramedic said ‘are you sure your eating enough?’

‘Yes’ she sighed as I looked at her but she refused to make eye contact.

‘Well I think its best we take you too hospital anyway…just to be on the safe side…’

‘No!’ she snapped ‘Honestly…im fine…I just got too hot and probably should have eaten a bigger breakfast’ she said

‘Well only if you promise to take it easy?’

‘Yeah I will..’ she sighed

‘I think its best you go home and get plenty of rest…is there someone that can take you home?’ she asked

‘I can…’ I said

‘Ok well if you continue to feel light headed and are eating properly, you need to go and see your doctor’

‘Ok thankyou’ she said

The paramedics stayed with her a little longer and made sure she was steady on her feet before they left and I took her back to her apartment.

*2 pm*

*Cassie’s point if view*

‘You really do need to start taking it easy’ Aston sighed shutting the door behind him

‘Ast im fine..’ I smiled putting my hand on his shoulder ‘As I told the paramedics, I just got too hot’ I smiled

‘Why don’t I make you something to eat then?’ he said

‘Ast im fine’ I sighed

‘No your not…’ he snapped ‘Im ordering some food in’ he said snatching up his mobile and searching for the delivery number

*Buzz Buzz Buzz Buzz*

‘Hello’ I answered my phone

‘Cassie...ive got a last minute job if your up for it’ Eliza said on the other end of the phone

‘Sure…’ I smiled, I’d been dying to show Eliza how hard I’d worked on my body image over the last few weeks

‘I need you at Brookside studios, one of the models has dropped out, we need you for the festival looks’ she said

‘Ok what time…?’

‘Now if you can?’

‘Ok I’ll be right there’ I said ending the phone call, why was Eliza being so nice all of a sudden.

‘You’ll be where?’ Aston asked intrigued

‘I’ve got a shoot..Sorry Ast I have to go…’ I sighed

‘Cassie your not going anywhere’ he snapped

‘Excuse me? I stuttered, his tone of voice was definitely serious

‘Cassie your not well’ I sighed

‘Ast im fine…stop worrying about me…’ I laughed

‘Cassie…This is serious…you need to stop pretending your ok…your not’ he said, the tone in his voice getting louder and more angry

‘Ast! Look ive got to go…we can talk about this later’ I said getting some stuff together and picking up my car keys

‘You are not safe to drive!’ he shouted

‘I AM!’ I replied

‘Fine…But Cassie you walk out now and it’s the end of our friendship’ he snapped

‘What?i I laughed ‘Ast that’s not fair’

‘Yes it is…your not well and you wont admit it...you walk out now…you’ll never see me again…’

‘Ast…why do you care so much…’ I said tears threatening to leak out

‘BECAUSE IM IN LOVE WITH YOU’ he shouted

‘What….’ I breathed

‘I always have Cassie…im in love with you’ he cried

‘I….I don’t have time for this…I need to go’ I stuttered in shock, getting out of the house as quickly as I could and leaving for the studio…doing what I did best…running away from my fears and worries…I guess this was the end of Ast and my beautiful friendship….everything was over…
