Chapter 11 ~ Always

Kelsey's POV

Noah came back and told me that Louis was going to tell me tomorrow. I thanked him and told them that I was too stressed out to stay for dinner and that I would invite them all over some other night to meet my family and have a nice dinner.

I left his house feeling a bit overwhelmed. After all, I only cried about three times. That had to be a record for crying the least amount of times about a huge moment in my life. 

It was about three in the morning and I was lying in my bed, unable to fall asleep. Tomorrow, I was going to find out the fate of this baby's future; whether or not it will have it's blood related father.

My cell phone started buzzing at the moment I was starting to fall asleep. I picked it up and read the text.

I'm outside, come here please. xx - Louis

I smiled to myself and changed quickly into something better than my embarrassing pyjamas. After I was done, I made my way outside to greet him. Before I got out the door, I slipped on my grey toms so my feet wouldn't freeze. I checked myself in the mirror once more then headed outside to greet a happy looking Louis. 

"What are you doing here at this time?" I asked him with a smile. I was careful not to get too close because I didn't know where we stood yet with out friendship. 

"Couldn't sleep." He shrugged while kicking a rock.

"Me neither." I sighed. I looked down at me feet and also started kicking at some rocks. 

"I've been thinking about this whole situation." Louis started after a long silence. "I actually dreamt of what might happen in the future."

"What happened?" I asked, feeling nervous.

"Well, I was flying home from the X Factor after I won. I was super excited to finally see my family and you again. But when I got off, I ran right into your arms but then you pulled away and kissed Noah while he held your daughter, our daughter. That made me think that he was better off with you because he would always be there for you and I would be on X Factor." He explained to me. A frown came upon my face while he explained because he was hinting that he wasn't going to stay with me. "But then I thought it over. I was thinking that I hated to see you with Noah. That kid deserves to have his or her real father and I want to be there for you always."

A smile appeared on my face as a few tears escaped my eyes as he stepped closer to me.

"I want to be with you and support you through everything. It may be hard because I'll be gone but no matter what, I'm always here for you."

"You mean that?" I said.

"I will always be here for you." He leaned his forehead on mine.

"Always?" I giggled slightly.

Louis smiled then replied, "Always." 

He leaned in and placed his lips on mine. This wasn't the first time we kissed but it was definitely the best one yet. Our lips moulded together perfectly, no matter how cheesy that sounded, it was true. It felt like we were meant to be even though we were so young.

As soon as he pulled away, I longed for his lips to be back on mine. 

"Are you hungry?" Louis asked me suddenly.

I gave him a confused look then nodded while answering. "I'm starving."

"Good, cause I'm taking you to McDonald's." He smiled. I chuckled at him and shook my head but followed him anyways. His hand slipped into mine as we walked side by side.
