Andy met me backstage after my first performance of actually being in the band. He gave an impressed nod, "Fall Out Boy is having a tour soon, and since your band is really good, and your band has been gaining popularity, the guys and I wanted to ask for you to be one of the opening acts."
My mouth dropped open, "Are you serious?" Andy nodded, making me erupt in squeals. "Well, of course!"
I threw myself on Andy and squeezed as tight as I could. "Kiddo, can't breathe." I let go and thanked him.
The band was going to be so happy when they found out that Fall Out Boy wanted us to be an opening act. Probably more than I am to be honest. My previous fast pace slowed when I got to the room where my friends were waiting. I wanted to play it cool and then just casually say it. I wanted them to be surprised.
The door slowly opened and they all turned to face me. I might've had a cheesy smile on my face. I'm sorry I couldn't be completely calm.
"What are you smiling about?" Jack threw at me.
My head shook and I adverts my eyes to the ground, "Oh, nothing special."
Zack eyed me in suspicion, "Tell us."
My eyes were still focused on the ground, but I could hear the twins getting closer. With my voice as calm as I could get it, I informed them, "Its just that Fall Out Boy wants us to be their one of their opening acts."
At first, nothing happened, no one moved or said anything. They must've still been processing what I said.
Then, all at once, they started yelling. Of course, they pulled me into a group hug as they loudly screamed about how great it will be.

"When is the tour?" Tom asked me from the seat in front of me. I was sitting in the very back, like normal, with Brax.
I shrugged, "Don't know. All Andy told me was that they want  us to open for them."
The low beat in the background caught my attention, "Turn it up!"
"It's irresistible!" We all sang. We continued singing the entire way to my house.
Before we had left the place where we did the show, I had asked Andy if the guys could stay over to watch movies. By some miracle, he said yes.
So once they got to my house, they dropped me off. No one brought pajamas, so they raced off to their houses to grab clothes and whatever else they needed.
I threw on a black pair of pajama pants that had scattered music notes on them. I stole one of Andy's shirts to wear. Big shirts were so much more comfortable to sleep in.
Some nail polish laid on my desk. The guys would love to do their nails, right?
Zack and Jack would actually let me do their nails. The other guys wouldn't, and that I knew for sure. I'm going to bring it with me to the door when they get back to mess with them.
The living room needed some throw blankets so we could all have one. My hands were filled so much, I couldn't even see in front of me. I waved my feet warily once I came to the steps. Slowly, I carefully crept down the stairs. I was the only one here, besides Olivia. If I would fall, I wouldn't be found for days.
Once I had finally got down the stairs, thankfully without breaking my neck, I threw the blankets down onto the couch. Everyone could pick which one they wanted when they arrived.
I hurriedly ran back up stairs, breathing hard due to ally eh stairs, and grabbed the nail polish. Just as I grabbed the bottles, the doorbell rang. A bother trip down the stairs I had to make.
I almost ran down the stairs. By the time I got to the door, I was winded. My breathing was heavy and I was sweating.
I should workout to get in shape. But I like food. And I don't like working out. No working out it is for me.
The guys were probably wondering why I was taking so long to open the door. I forced my breathing to slow before I opened the door.
"Whose ready to do our nails?" My voice sounded higher than normal. It matched the preppy cheerleader at our school.
"What colors do you have?" Jack ran in and grabbed the bottles from my hands. He was even more excited than I imagined.
"I was joking, but we can if you want," I giggled at Jack. He threw a lopsided grin and nodded.
The guys carried their stuff to the living and then threw it down.
Zack snatched the remote, "First pick!" He gave a victory grin and searches through the the movies on the tv.
He landed on one, read the description, and then pressed play. I made a gagging noise ," I hate chick flicks."
Zack's hand flew to his chest. With his mouth opened and squinty eyes, he sassed me. "It's a rom-com fyi, so deal with it."
I sat in front of Jack and let him pick a color of nail polish. I had no intention of watching the movie. Romance movies suck. The plots are all the same, and the protagonist always gets the girl or guy. Drama happens and then they live happily ever after.
That's not how real life works. The guy usually doesn't get the girl and the plots aren't unrealistic like in the movies. In real life, would a person with a fatal disease suddenly get perfectly fine after they meet the love interest? I didn't think so.
The lovey dovey moments were actually sickening. They actually make me want to vomit. I didn't want to see an unrealistic couple doing unrealistic things.
Even though the room was pretty dark, I still painted Jack's nails. He choose black, of course, and told me he'd probably need to take it off later.
The movie wasn't even halfway done by the time I had finished painting the nails. Thinking it would be rude to leave my friends alone, I pulled on my big girl pants and cuddled up to Braxton. This was going to be a storm to ride out.
The movie's plot dragged on and on for what felt like an eternity. It's boring scenes made my eyes heavy. Deciding they were old enough to do their own things, I left my friends.
My brain was practically dead from exhaustion. Performing really takes a lot out of you. Because of my tired state, I didn't notice someone following me. At least not until I went to close my door only to jump in surprise. Brax stood right in front of me.
"I didn't want you to be the only one sleeping. That's make you look like an old lady," he winked and came through the my doorway.
"Mhmm," I hummed, too tired to respond. I actually didn't even register what he had said. As he went to get in my bed, I stopped him. "Nope, floor."
His mouth dropped open, "But.. why?" He was genuinely confused.
I lazily threw him a pillow from my bed and an extra throw blanket, "If Andy gets back and sees us in the same bed, he'd strangle you and never let me out of his sight again.
I could hear him groan and say something but my eyes were shut before he had even laid down. The warmth and softness of welcoming me.

Yay! Andy is letting them all hang out and sleepover. And can you believe Kor has enough commonsense, even when she's dead tired, to make sure she's following Andy's guidelines. Just a little note, I do not agree with what all of my characters say and do. Their opinions may not be my opinions.
Any way, thanks for reading!!
