I decided to leave that afternoon, thinking it'd be safer for them if I left sooner. "You can't stay for lunch," Lily asked me, her voice filled with concern. I nodded my head lightly, packing up what little possessions I own.

"Well, you aren't leaving here without a meal for the road," Delilah said sternly, but with a kind smile. She handed me a box filled with both hot and cold food. I smile at her, giving her one of my grateful smiles. She acted so mature; almost like a mom. "Stay safe, you hear? I don't want to see you in pain, okay," she said with some worry in her voice. I nodded at her, my smile fading slowly. She walked over to me and hugged me tightly, but lovingly. I hesitated at first before eventually hugged her back. I hugged everyone there, except Reed. I gave him a handshake, and he looked a little disappointed.

'Sorry Reed, not gonna let anything happen... ESPECIALLY with you,' I looked at him and thought to myself, trying to not even think about what he could've done if I hugged him. After I smiled at everyone, my smile of farewell, I quickly left to get out of the city. I had already stayed way too long in one place, and that's a dangerous thing for me to do. I ran when I reached the edge of the busy city, looking back and smiling. 'I'll miss you guys... You stay safe too,' I thought as my final goodbye, tears barely showing in the corners of my eyes. I turned to face in front of me, and I started to run like hell was chasing after me. I was crying, but I refused to look back.

Anytime I had to do this killed me, I didn't like it at all. I always pained me to see the longing in their eyes for me to stay with them; But they knew I couldn't, and they were accepting of that. I eventually slowed down to walking, now in the heart of the forest. I looked up at the afternoon sky, with the sun shining brightly onto the land. I smiled. The sun always made me feel happy, but I also enjoyed the rain. As long as I could stand in it, but not for too long. Slowly, my smile vanished, and I closed my eyes. I let the sun soak into my burned and scarred skin, or what little was showing. I sighed through my nose, feeling content and at peace.

Suddenly, a dart flew by my head and I barely managed to dodge it. I turned around, my head pointing in the area that the dart came from, and I glared with a flame or a few in my violet eyes. I heard snickering and chuckling. I looked around me with ease, showing no signs of fear, but I definitely showed my hatred for them ruining my good moment.

"Look what we found," one of the three men smiled as he walked closer to me, his body muscular and his head shaved in a buzz cut.

"I can see, you fool. You are so idiotic," his accomplice sighed with irritation as he stepped forward and pushed up his glasses while holding his knife, his hair falling in front on his face slightly. "Boss, what should we do with the woman?"

One more man walked forward, smiling as he stared at me. He was taller than the other two, and had a scar go through one side of his very small beard. "You two obviously have no idea who this woman is, do you," the third man said, his voice deeper than the rest. "This particular woman is none other than the legendary Dragon's Wrath, #327: Primrose Hawthorn," he grinned at me as he said my name. Which made me even more mad. I glared at the three of them, wondering who the hell they were and what I could do based on how they make themselves appear.

"This is the brat the government wants? She's too pretty and small to be the one," said the one with the buzz cut. My eyebrow twitched at that one word that he uttered into the air; small. A vein on my head popped out slightly, revealing some of my anger. The one with the glasses must have noticed, because he smiled and tucked his hair behind ear. "It seems we have found a weakness, am I right James," the one with the glasses looked at the the man with the buzz cut. He noticed too, and smiled darkly, "Indeed we have, Fredrick," James replied, pulling out the large hammer he'd been carrying on his back. Their leader stood back, smiling as he sent them after me. I instantly dropped my bag and stood there, letting my body revert to the instinctive fighting style I'd had memorized and mastered.

They both charged at me, their weapons ready and smiles covering their faces. James swung his hammer down and I dodged it, but when it hit the ground it made the ground around me uneven and jagged. I kept this up for a while, not noticing that Fredrick  managed to get behind me. I tried to turn around, but I couldn't. "Too slow," Fredrick says as he appears behind me, using his knife to try and stab my back. I barely dodge it, but the blade sank into my shoulder, causing a somewhat large amount of blood to spill and lots of pain to run through my shoulder. I cried out in pain before I pulled the knife out of my shoulder and sliced at the air behind me, not realizing that Fredrick seemed to vanish. "Behind you," I heard him say in a playful tone. I turned around and barely managed to dodge the large hammer that was aimed for my arm. James seemed to be enjoying himself as he swung his large hammer, laughing as I kept dodging it with little to no easiness.

'I have to use them... But not yet,' I thought to myself as I gave a roundhouse kick to James, causing him to become unbalanced and dizzy. I took the advantage and boxed his ears, kicking him to the ground. He yelled in pain, holding his ears before choking on his own saliva and blood. 'Good, now that he's down, I can-' I thought to myself as I felt cold metal press against my throat. "Don't move, girl, or you'll end up dead," Fredrick said to me as I stood still. I couldn't help but smile. 'This is too easy,' I smiled and thought to myself as I quickly turned around and stabbed him in the gut with his own knife. He was shocked and coughed up some blood, some of it landing on me and my clothes. He fell to his knees and eventually to the ground, holding his wound as he bled out. I made my way over to James and stomped on his neck, hearing his neck break and seeing his body become lifeless. I looked at their leader, who was no longer smiling and had his arms crossed over his chest. He looked at me, his eyes filled with irritation and hatred as he saw me kill his henchman. "How you managed to beat my brothers is beyond me, but I still have a job to do," he said, removing his cape and pulling out his two handguns with extended mags and revealing the other guns in his arsenal. I glared at him, and faced him, my arms slowly and painfully starting to heat up.
