Levi x Dead? Reader (Rewrite)

Rewrite because the last one was too short and less descriptive

It was your first expedition and you were excited to see the outside world, and you were flustered too because it was only you and Levi, but he was your crush after all, "Are we going to see a Titan Captain??" You asked Levi, "Leave that to me cadet..." Levi said (you both were on horses), until the ground began to shake as if something was running at your direction.

You looked behind you, a Titan but not just a Titan, it was an abnormal. "Stay on your horse I'll take it down." Levi commanded, you obeyed his orders and you watched Levi take the Titan down. You loved how he does his signature move, as he took it down he went back to his black stallion horse, you smiled at him, as Levi's features became pink pastel coloured. Levi loved your personality, your smile.

Until you felt a large hand grab you from behind, you realise it was a Titan, you screamed and yelled Levi's name over and over, "Y/N!!" Levi yelled he flew up to the Titan but it was too late, 'This is how I die...??' You thought in your head. The Titan bit your legs off leaving a little bit of your thighs left. Levi saw it right in front of his eyes. The Titan ran away and dropped you.

Levi caught you and looked at you, "I-I'm sorry L-Levi...." You say weakly, "Don't apologise I'm the one who's the one to say sorry!" Levi yelled as tears filled his eyes, You smiled weakly and cupped Levi's face giving a small kiss on his lips, "I-I love you..." You said weakly once again, Levi's tears finally ran down his cheeks as they drop onto your hands. "Don't talk save your energy!" Levi commanded, you obediently obeyed and nod your head as your reply.

Levi carried you in bridal style and put you on his horse with him, Levi kept holding you, he just wanted to save you in time.

Time Skip

"Help get a nurse! This ones close to dying!" Levi yelled, nurses came and placed you on a infirmary bed, "Captain Levi, I'm sorry but you have to wait outside..." A nurse said, Levi didn't want to wait outside he wanted to stay with you, "B-But--" Levi stammered as the nurse cut him off, "Please..." The nurse asked. Levi sighed and went outside waiting for you.

While Levi was waiting a lot of yells and chattering were heard behind the doors, that made Levi more worried about you, until a nurse came outside with sadness and sorrow in her eyes, "Captain Levi..." The nurse said sighing, "No don't tell me...!" Levi said tearing up, "Y/N didn't make it... I'm sorry..." The nurse said to Levi.

Levi teared up more as he began to sob, "C-Can I see her?" Asked Levi, the nurse nodded as she opened the door revealing a deceased Y/N, "I'm sorry...." Levi sobbed holding your dead hand,  "I shouldn't of saved you sooner..." Levi sobbed again, Levi kissed your forehead and laid his head on your chest, it made him more sad that nothing was heard from your chest.

Levi kept sobbing until he felt a hand stroke his raven locks, he realised it was you awake but pale, Levi's eyes widen, "Y-Y/N?!" Levi stammered seeing the sight of you actually being alive, "My heart regained again, for you..." You say smiling at him, Levi pressed his lips against yours making you kiss back, Levi broke away and hugged you, you hugged back and smiled.

"Captain Levi we're going to give her treatment, and you can stay in the room!" The nurse said smiling, Levi nodded and stayed next to you while you were given treatment.

"I love you F/N"

"I love you too..."
