You were worried, it's Eren's trial at the Court today, Levi and Erwin were walking with you. You're the section commander along with Hanji and Mike.

"Don't be too worried F/N." Erwin said as you looked up, "So? I have to! Eren might die! His my brother! Mikasa and me will be pissed if he Levi fucked him up!" You say even thought Levi was right next to you. Levi looked at you with a pissed expression. "Don't fucking mention me like that!" Levi spat at you. You grew tears and refused to look at Levi and Erwin.

"Alright get on your knees!" Said one of the military men. You saw Eren as he got in his knees and a pole behind him so he didn't move, your jaw tighten at the sight. "I'm sorry Levi..." You say quietly. Levi looked at you and pet your head, "It's fine..." He said. Before he let go of your head, he gave you a small peck on your cheek. Your eyes widen and blushed until it hurt.

"Your name is Eren Jaeger..." Said the court leader Zackery said out loud. Eren looked at him and nodded, "As it says here you attempted to crush Mikasa Ackerman." Zackery said, Eren's eyes widen as yours widen too. Mikasa his her cut and looked at Rico the report writer next to her, "What? Want me to lie in the report?" Asked Rico to Mikasa. "Amd who is Mikasa?" Asked Zackery again. "Me that will be me sir!" Mikasa replied.

During the trial someone pointed at Mikasa, "Maybe she's one! I bet she's not human either!" Mikasa gasped and took a step back, "Now hold on a second maybe I'm the monster that you want dead! But you leave her out of this! She's innocent!" Eren yelled still cuffed.

"You're all cowards!" Eren yelled again, "Take aim dammit!" The commander of the military police said. One of the members aimed their rifle at Eren. Until Levi came and bashed the shit out of Eren. Your eyes widen again as you grew tears. On the other hand Mikasa wanted to stop Levi but Armin was there holding Mikasa away, "Wait Mikasa!" Armin said.

Levi had his foot on top of Eren's head, "You don't need a good talking too, you need a lesson. And your in a perfect kicking position..." Levi said as he continued to bash up Eren. You ran to Levi and pushed him away, and you knew you were in the middle of the court room where everyone can see you. Eren saw you and looked down, "Eren!" You cried and hugged him. Mikasa saw you and smiled. Levi wanted to continue to bash him up, but seeing you hugging Eren your brother. He didn't have the guts to.

"Are you Section commander Y/N? The sister of Eren?" Asked Zackery, "Yes sir! And he doesn't deserve this! His been through a lot! And I recommend you let him go! I have seen my brother in a while nor did Mikasa, please I don't want him to get pushed more by people..." You said as you grew tears, Levi was stand next to you as he hugged you. You blushed as you hugged back.

"Alright... We'll let him go..." Zackery said. You silently gasped and smiled, "Thank you sir!" You say as you hugged Eren again.

-time skip where eren was getting treated-

"Does it hurt dear?" Asked Hanji to Eren, "Yeah..." Eren replied, "Describe it to me!" Hanji said happily. You were sitting next to him, Erwin went up to Eren, "Thank you..." Erwin smiled as he gave out his hand, Eren was surprised, "Eren I'm glad you can spend the work with us..." Erwin said again, "Yes sir!" Eren said as he shook Erwin's hand.
Levi came sat next to you and Eren, "Eren..." Levi said, "Do you hate me?" Levi asked, "No that was necessary for you to that to me sir..." Eren said, "Good then you understand..." Levi said.

"Y/N come with me..." Levi said, you nodded and followed Levi out the door, "Levi why are we-" you were cut off by Levi kissing you. Levi broke away, "I'm sorry for doing that..." Levi said as he hugged you again, you hugged back, "It's okay.... Promise to never leave me..." You say.

Levi smiled, "I promise..."
