The sound of crashing metal towards the ground followed screams of men and woman alike.
“The stage lights fell!” one woman cried out in horror.
“Annabel! Andria! They were caught underneath it quickly someone call the paramedic hurry before it’s too late!
Annabel opened her eyes to see the darkness of the stage, she turned her head to see her hand being held tightly by Andria’s, and still squeezing it with all of his might. “An… Andria…” she gasped tilting her head further back to look at her lover, only to soon have realization set in.
The stage lights had fallen, Andria who was the one to notice, he danced out of sync, sending Annabel flying into the air, with only his hand holding her’s.
And to her absolute horror he was still underneath those lights, crushing his body.
“Andria!” Annabel gasped forcing herself up but felt the stabbing pain in her side. She looked down at herself and saw that her body was now lying on glass shards many stabbing into her body, gritting her teeth through the pain she looked to Andria who was looking at her with relived green eyes. His wavy pale blond hair that stopped at his shoulders was now coated in dark red blood, blood that belonged to him in which began to pool the stage mixing with her’s.
“Anna…” he wheezed through gasping breaths. “I’m… I’m so glad you’re okay Anna…”
“Andria!” her gripped tightened. “Please don’t talk Adrian; you need to conserve your strength for when help arrives!”
With his other hand he reached out, she didn’t know why until he spoke. “You’re… heart… is it okay…? The… the glass it’s…”
Once again she looked down and saw a shard of glass in her chest. “No…”
“Calm down Anna…” he breathed, smiling even though he was in terrible pain. “You’ll be alright… you’ll be okay.”
“But Andria!” tears began to blur her vision as the pain in her chest began to grow. “Please… please don’t go Andria please!”
He continued to smile the light slowly fading from his beautiful green eyes. “I love you Anna… remember that…”
“Andria…” her tears fell when he gave his last breath, his hand never letting go of her’s. “Don’t leave me… don’t leave me Andria, please…” her heart hurt as her voice cried out. “Don’t leave me alone Andria!”
