3 is to many to get in and out with out having any problems or being seen I gave him a annoyed look and asked

"Who are the other 2?"

He replayed right away

"One is her mother, the other is her dear friend.

I warn you, she won't leave without them"

Well this just makes thing more difficult ,we need help, no not help we need power.

"Alright we will have to come up with a plan.. Do you know of any witches in the area that would want to help this girl?"

He looked at his feet as if he were trying to remember something

"Yes I do.. There is a witch by the name of Mary that Faith saved from my father I am sure she would help but it's going to be unlikely that she will help 2 hunters after what my father put her through."

It's my best bet, we have to find her!

"Do you know where she lives?"

He replied right away.

"Yes she lives in the woods, its about a hours walk.

we will have to hurry!"

I nodded and he walked to the side of the barn where someone had left a sword, i started to walk out of the barn turning my back on him when I felt something sharp prick against the back of my neck."

"If you hurt her or have any other wrong intentions I swear by god ill run you through."

I slowly started turning around looking at him right in the eyes, I had just noticed look Quite a lot like mine.

He stood there, sword expertly handled.

" Oh well, That really puts a damper on our relationship now doesn't it?"

I joked sarcastically.

He said nothing

"I swear, if I really wanted to hurt her I would leave her were she is"

He put his sword slowly In it's holster

then to my surprise held his hand out

I shook it

" the name is Lex"

I said

"Nicklaus... Nicklaus Dumas"

Dumas?

My mothers maiden name was Dumas...

Could it be?

"Well Nick, I think we're related"

We arrived at the door step of Mary's

Cottage

I still did not know what we where going to do or how we where going to save them

"Do you have a plan?" I said

"I think we will just wing it"

Wing it? I hope that does not have anything to do with birds, I always had a distaste for those pesky animals

I think he noticed how confused I was at what he just said

"Oh... I forgot your from the past and all, wing it means talking it as it comes "

Just then the door opened and right behind it stood Mary with a crossbow in her hands, she was wearing a simple red dress that covered her arms and legs completely, her long blonde hair was down as it always was but hidden partly behind it was a large purple hand print, lashed across her cheek.

My stomach twisted at the thought that my father did that to this woman.

"Come to finish what your father started Nicklaus"

she accused angrily.

"Miss Mary, I swear by my mothers grave I'm not here to harm you, My friend and I need your help to save Faith.

Her hands relaxed a bit but still she held the crossbow at us.

"He's a hunter as well.."

She nodded to Lex

"Why should I help you?"

I sighed and scuffed the dirt slightly with my shoe.

"Because if you don't, they will die."

"They? I thought it was only faith? " She said

"No they captured Ann and Clare as well"

Lex turned to me with a shocked look on his face and almost yelled

"WHAT NAME DID YOU JUST SAY??"
