Legolas's POV
I walked back to the throne room after showing May to her room. I don't know why but i have this strange feeling inside that shes my long lost sister Vanya...After what she told me...she has to be..i mean she looks like her, she was found 9 years ago, and was saved by goblins..it the only logical explanation. When i got to the throne room my father looked up at me. "Yes..?" He said.
"About that girl may...i..i just feel like shes Vanya..."
"Legolas...we have no proof its her or not...so she was saved by goblins 9 years ago when 9 years ago vanya was taken by goblins...that can happen to any child..." Thranduil said
"Yes but...not an elf child..."
Thranduil sighed. "Yes it can be possible its her...but were gonna need more proof then just some story..she could just be lying.."
I nodded agreeing that that could be the case but I know its Vanya...then it hit me...Vanya was wearing a necklace i gave her the day she was taken. If May has it..then it might be enough to prove to my dad that it is truly Vanya. I turned and started to walk away when my dad spoke. "Goodnight, Legolas"
"Goodnight Father." And i continued to walk towards my room. When i got to the door i stopped and went to May's. I knocked on her door and waited.
"Come in.."
I opened the door and walked in and saw her in bed. "Oh im sorry did i wake you..?"
"Yeah buts okay." She said smiling slightly.
"Alright well i have to ask you something..."
"What is it?" she asked looking concern.
"When you were found....did your dad say anything about you wearing a silver chain necklace with a green emerald like leaf on it..?"
She thought for a moment and her eyes widened. "Yeah....i have it back at my house but that's all the way in Esgaroth.."
I smiled slightly and looked at her. "Alright..me, you, and my friend are going to go down there and get it so we can show my father."
"But if were going back...then i can stay because its my home..."
"Look may....I gave that necklace to my little sister Vanya they day she was taken...Thranduil doesn't believe me when i say your her...if we get that and show him that he will believe me..."
"so what your saying is...you think im Vanya..?"
"Yeah...I am.."
She looked surprised then looked up at me. "Okay but...if its not the right necklace...Im staying at my home in Esgaroth..okay?"
I smiled and looked at her. "Alright."
"So when do we leave?"
"Tomorrow get some rest for now."
She nodded and i walked back to my room and changed and went to bed.
