Vanya's POV (Or May's POV)
"May! Time for breakfast!" My dad called from down stairs. I slowly got up from my bed and took a bath and changed into my clothes. I walked out of my room, down stairs, to my kitchen where my Mom and dad were eating. I sat down and began to eat with them. My mom looked to my dad. "Lucas why not on your hunt you bring May? She has been practicing with a bow for quite some time now and now that shes 14 i think it might be a good idea if she comes along." I looked at my father hoping he would say yes because i love to practice with my bow but never hunted before. He looked back at me and smiled "Sure why not." I smiled and looked at him "Thank you so much dad!" He smiled, "No problem now when your finished we will head off."
"Alright." I said beginning to eat once again. When I was finished i took my plate to the sink and washed it and put it back with the clean dishes My dad went outside and I followed but turned to my mom. "Bye mom i will see you soon."
"Be careful out there." She said to me.
"Dont worry I will..." I closed the door and walked to my dad which was setting up the boat so we could get to land and hunt. My dad worked as the hunter of the town. He gets the town meat for the town to eat. It is a few days of a trip though but its worth it. I grabbed my bow and got on the boat with him. I sat down while he went to go steer the boat along the water. "May you should get rest...its gonna be a while till were there.." My dad said. I nodded and layed down closing my eyes drifting off to sleep
