The Lost Princess Of Mirkwood (LOTR Fan-fic)

Chapter 5

Legolas's POV 

Tauriel took the wheel and began to steer for me and i walked down and grabbed a blanket and laid it on top of may. I know shes my sister...I can feel it...I sat down by her and looked out at the beautiful water. I looked up and caught Tauriels gaze. "You no when Thranduil finds out about this...he will search for you or think someone has taken you." She said to me. "I know." i replied still looking out at the water. "Your risking a lot for this elf child.....shes probably not her you no...i think shes just some elf servant.."

I glared at her. "I know she is Vanya....and don't call her a servant" I said to her. She just rolled her eyes and kept steering ahead. As i layed down drifting into a peaceful slumber

Few hours later.... 

I slowly woke up and saw we were here in Esgaroth. I got up and shook May lightly. She woke up and i took her hand pulling her up from the cold wooden floor. "i'll stay here you go with May to find the necklace." Taureil said behind me. I turned and looked at her. "You sure you don't wanna come with?"

"I'm fine" She said sitting down. "Now go on.." 

I nodded and May took my hand as we walked off the boat. We walked thought the town as she guided me to her house. When we got there she knocked on the door. After a few moments a women answered and she smiled and hugged May. "Your back! and you brought.....the prince of mirkwood?" she said looking confused. "Also wheres your father?". May looked  Nervous on what to say at this point so i took charge. "Im so sorry Mrs. Williams....but when your husband and daughter were hunting...Orcs came and attacked your husband....he...didn't make it.."

He eyes widened in disbelief. "Then...then..how come May doesn't have a single scratch on her."

"Because they decided to separate and hunt in different parts then meet back at the ship.." 

Mrs. Williams looked hurt. "Well thank you...for bringing my May back to me..." She said looking at me. "Its alright but....have you heard the story of the lost princess of mirkwood?...." i asked looking at her. "Yes i have..why do you ask?" 

"Because i think you daughter is her...im here with her for her to find her green necklace that looks like a leaf with a silver chain...because i gave that to my little sister before she...went missing.."

"So your telling me...May is the lost princess..? if its the right necklace?"

"Exactly." I said starring at her.  She nodded and let us in and May ran upstairs. When may ran up her mother turned to me. "if she is the lost princess you cant have her...you cant take my little girl...shes all i have left now..."

"Well if does have it....you don't have a right to say that...she is my little sister...and royalty.."

Her mother sent me a death glare as we waited for May to come back down.

May (Or Vanya's) POV 

I opened my door and ran to my bed looking under pulling out my jewelry box. I threw the top off, opening it, and began digging through the pieces of jewelry. After a while of looking...I found it. I pulled it out and closed the box sliding it under the bed. I smiled and stood up holding the necklace in my hands. I ran down the stairs. and Legolas and my mom stood up up and looked at me. "Well?" Legolas said looking eager. I walked up to him and held it in front of him. A smiled spread across his face as he looked at it. "Thats...thats the necklace....your Vanya."
