Chapter Nine: It's all over

Lillian's POV

I stood there with my partner spark in the jungle face to face with one of Neo Team Rocket's strongest Admins Topaz. Her brown eyes were filled with furry and frustration.

"Hello Lillian it's nice to finally meet you in person."

Said Topaz in a sarcastic demeaning tone.

"No time for introductions so let's cut to the chase!"

I said.

"Okay fine make it quick. I want to make eliminating you as easy and as painless as possible. Well maybe not for you. But go ahead."

Said Topaz standing there while her Bisharp was sharpening it's own blades.

Spark stood in front of me and growled.

"Well first of let's start with your reasons for kidnapping Lusamine!"

I shouted.

"It's really none of your concern."

Said Topaz slyly.

"It is since you took her! And I know you helped Marcus kill the governor of Hoen don't even lie to me! I found a strand of your hair in Marcus's car! So why don't you tell me what you and Attila did down to the very detail."

I shouted.

I reached my hand down into my pocket. I had a secret recorder in my pants pocket and I hit record.

"So what if I did kill the governor of Hoen? Marcus didn't want blood on his hands so he hired me and my stupid brother Attila to do the job for him. It was easy. We lured the man by saying that we have some information that could expose Marcus for the fraud he is. Like a venomoth to a flame he came and as he neared the salt mill he got out of his car. I was waiting in Marcus's car and I waited for the perfect moment and when it came I drove with such force and Marcus's car hit my target he died instantly. It was easy. Maybe even too easy. However Attila and Marcus worked together on the last killing. So Marcus invited the governor of Johto over to his house. He poured the governor a glass of whine with Muk's venom in the glass and Attila had sent the fake message that he had information on Marcus and to meet him at the salt mill and just like that he fell for it. It takes about an hour for Muk's venom to over take the human body. As the governor drove he died while his hands were on the wheel as his car approached the salt mill and Attila rammed his own car into the governor's car ensuring that the man was dead and that no evidence was left behind. But the fact that my stupid big brother had salt tracks on his shoes while robbing a Pokemon daycare center is what gave everything away. You would've never cracked the case allowing us to take Lusamine and we would be long gone with her now but one of your little friends intervened and stopped us in our tracks. Unfortunately for us it looks like it's about to draw to a close. I'll admit it. Since I'm going to kill you I might as well tell you what we planned on doing with dear Lusmaine or we could end this right now! Bisharp use Guillotine!"

Shouted Topaz.

"Spark use Fire Blast!!!"

I shouted.

Fire Blast knocked out Bisharp with one hit and Topaz stood there with anger and furry in her eyes.

"So what if you beat me you have no proof that Marcus did anything!"

She shouted.

"The lock of hair, Attila's business card, Attila's calling card, the salt tracks on Marcus's shoes, and your confession will be enough to put Marcus behind bars for the rest of his life."

I said.

"What confession?!"

She shouted.

I hit the button on the recorder on my pants pocket and smiled. "So what if I did kill the governor of Hoen? Marcus didn't want blood on his hands-"

"That's all the info I need just a that confession alone is enough but I have plenty of evidence you guys were very sloppy this time around."

I said clicking the off the recorder.

"Why you-"

"I'm sorry but it's all over! You can explain it all in court."

Said Lucus standing there with his Pidgeott surrounding Topaz along with Kanaii's Milotic, Alec's partner Gangar, Rj's Lucario, Lexie's mega Loppuny, Paul's Torterra and Silver's Feraligator.

"Hey Kanaii it's been a while glad you could join us."

I said.

"Thanks but I wouldn't be here if it weren't for your cute medical examiner saving me from falling off of a cliff."

Said Kanaii.

"Ew she likes Conway?"

Asked Gold while whispering to Silver.

Silver rolled his eyes but stood there and surrounded Topaz.

"It's time to surrender Topaz."

Said Paul.

"No it's not over!"

Shouted Topaz on the brink of tears.

"You had a good round but now it's time to give it up. just turn yourself in. We might let you out on a lighter sentience since you're still considered a minor. We already have Tyson tied up and Looker and Gerret are with him right now along with most of your grunts but Angel, Attila, Pierce and Hun were able to get away but as for you and Tyson it's over."

I said.

Topaz stood there in shock and anger and sank to her knees and she began to cry.

Paul and I looked at each other and gave each other a High five. We always do it after we solve a case.

"We did it Lillian!"

Said Paul with a small smile.

"Yeah we sure did."

I said with a smile.

We went back to the hideout to check on Arcael, Lei and Lusamine.

When we got there Lusamine was up and around and walking. Hapu must've given her the cure. I had given it to Lei before we left for Poni Island siShe could make the cure and give to Lusamine when she got to the hideout. I walked over to her and smiled.

"It's over now. All we have to do is arrest Marcus. Topaz and Tyson were arrested. It's over for them. It's all done with. You can go home now."

I said.

Tears of joy streamed down her face.

"Thank you so much. I don't know how to thank all of you."

Said Lusamine.

"There's no need it's what we do."

I said with a smile.

"Well what are we all waiting for let's go arrest that jerk!"

Said Alec.

"Yeah I'm with you in that one."

I said.

"Yeah me too."

Said Rj.

We all headed towards MaliMali island. Marcus was giving a speech and the press were there. Everyone was going to know what a fraud he was and I was looking forward to arresting the jerk.
