Chapter Ten: End of Tyrany

Lillian's POV

We had finally arrived on MaliMali island. When we got to the main city Marcus was giving his speech and the crowd and was listening and the crowd looked fearful for the fate of Alola.

When we approached him Marcus saw Lusamine and a smile spread across his face.

"So you brought her back safely good so why don't we take her back to prison where she belongs! Officer Jenny arrest her!"

Said Marcus in a firm tone.

Looker shook his head and sighed. Luke and Silver made sure that they kept Paul and I covered because I knew that arresting Marcus was going to be fight.

"Marcus she won't be walking out in these handcuffs. You will."

Said Officer Jenny.

"I've always wanted to say this for the longest time. Marcus Alo you're under arrest."

Said Looker.

Marcus looked shocked but then he began to laugh.

"Me under arrest you're kidding me officer and on what charge?!"

Said Marcus.

"Try Murder."

Said Luke.

"And what proof do you have?!"

Asked Marcus.

Lusamine looked nervous and Luke placed his hand on Lusamine's shoulder.

"Don't worry it will all be over soon."

Said Luke giving Lusamine a reassuring smile.

Lusamine nodded at Luke and looked back at Marcus.

"We have proof that you had a partnership with Attila and Topaz. We've arrested Topaz and she confirmed it and she'll be released a lot earlier than you'll ever be. In fact she'll only spend a years in prison since she was forced to do all of this by Attila and by you. She's not a murder she lied to cover up her tracks so that you wouldn't kill her if she told us. She's no murder only a scared sixteen year old girl. Topaz's hair was in the back seat of your car because she sat there. It occurred to me that how could her hair have been there if she was in the front seat but then it occurred to me that she wasn't alone she only sat in the front seat for a minute she couldn't even put her hands on the steering wheel she couldn't do it. She couldn't bring herself to take a human life. She wasn't alone. You were there too. Topaz was supposed to kill the governor but she couldn't bring herself to do it. She's actually never killed anyone to begin with. That was supposed to be her first kill but she couldn't do it. There's proof of this. Topaz's prints aren't on the steering wheel of your car but your's are even if she wore latex gloves to cover up her prints there would be traces of latex on the steering wheel but there are none only your prints are on the wheel only your's. You got frustrated with Topaz because she couldn't kill the governor so you dragged her by the hair and physically dragged her to the back seat which is why I found a stand of Topaz's hair in the backseat. There's even small traces of your DNA in her hair because you pulled her hair Marcus! Attila used his own car to kill the second governor so that rules him out only you. Topaz is very lucky or she could've been framed for murder and I think that was your plan you and Attila both planned  to frame Topaz for murder so you two could continue to your partnership and you could have Attila kill anyone that gets in your way and in exchange you would give him Lusamine but the plan was a fail and you oanicked and so did Attila! Attila fled in fear and you went to give your speech today not knowing that this is day that we arrest you and Lusamine receives a proper pardon. Marcus Alo did I leave anything out Marcus or would like to add anything? And if you want more proof we have it. We found Attila's business card in your car. Which proves you had partnership with him. So did I leave anything out Marcus?"

I asked.

Marcus had a shocked look on his face. Beads of sweat formed on his forehead.

"Very clever Lillian. Very clever. However it's not over!!!"

Shouted Marcus grabbing Lusamine by the hair and dragging her towards him.

Marcus released his Haxerous and had hold it's blade close to her neck.

"Get any loser and I'll slice her neck!!!"

Shouted Marcus.

Lusamine stood there in fear and tears streamed down her face.

"LUSAMINE!!!!"

Shouted Luke.

"Don't move! Or I'll kill her right now!"

Shouted Marcus.

Paul pulled Gold aside and whispered in his ear.

"I need to be the distraction!"

Said Paul.

"You've got it that's what I do!!!"

Said Gold proudly.

Gold ran up on the stage.

"Hey Marcus I bet you won't come after me! Apalm could run this region better than you can!!!"

Said Gold.

"HAXEROUS KILL HIM!!!!"

Shouted Marcus.

Haxerous went after Gold and started firing its dragon pulse attack. While Marcus was distracted Lusamine stomped on Marcus's foot causing him to drop her and he winced in pain.

"You little brat! Haxerous finish her!"

Shouted Marcus.

"I don't think so!"

Said Luke claiming up from behind and punching Marcus in the face.

Marcus slipped and fell and his head slammed in the stage. His eyes looked lifeless. Conway ran over and tried checking Marcus's pulse and Conway shook his head.

"He's done for."

Said Conway.

I sighed.

"It's all over now..."

I said.

I sat there in shock. I had cracked the case it's done now.... It's over....
