The door closes behind us as we enter the house. My group is the last to enter, Garrett in the front. I lean against the end table as Creed goes to close the front door. I look around and see Jordan helping Meliyah out of her armor. Glancing down at mine, it's weight finally comes crashing down on me. The end table falls on its side as I collapse to the floor. Creed, finished with shutting and locking the front door, rushes over and helps me back up. My knees threaten to let out again as I stand.

"Are you okay?"

I nod my head and look up at Creed.

"Yeah. I'm fine...I...just...need to rest..."

"Somebody! Come take her armor off of her!"

Curtis comes over and helps pull my armor off of me before assisting me in standing up. I make my way over to the stairs shakily, leaning against walls for support. Everyone stares at me as I make my way up the stairs. I take a deep breath as I reach the top. My legs feel ready to collapse again. I enter the closest bedroom and throw myself face down on the bed. I sigh deeply into the pillow.

"See? Not so easy, is it?"

Timmy's voice startles me. I don't bother to look up at him as he walks over to me. The bed shifts as he sits down on the edge. I shake my head no.

"Yeah. It isn't, but it's what we have to do to survive nowadays."

He sighs as he leans back. He twists some of my hair around his finger, causing me to look up at him. He stares at the ceiling, oblivious to what he's doing.

"Um...Timmy...you're kinda..."

He looks over at me, noticing my hair wrapped around his fingers. His face goes red as he moves his hand closer to him.

"Oh. Sorry Bella. I didn't realize I was doing that..."

He looks back up at the ceiling.

"...you do have really soft hair though..."

I roll my eyes and punch him in the shoulder.

"Ouch! That was my bad shoulder!"

He looks at me as he rubs his shoulder. My face shows my surprise.

"Oh my god! I am so sorry!"

His laughter makes me frown.

"Just kidding. My other shoulder is the bad one."

I shake my head and roll my eyes as I stand up.

"Yeah? Well now I'm really debating punching that one as well."

As I start to walk towards the door, he reaches out and grabs my wrist.

"Bella wait! Don't go. Please stay with me."

I stop and look back at Timmy. He pats the spot beside him.

"And why would I want to stay here with you?"

He smiles shyly.

"Because I'm lonely and you're good company. Plus I don't think I'll be able to sleep without you here with me."

I stand there for a moment, surprised with myself that I'm actually considering staying with one of the biggest jerks in my grade. I sigh before crawling back on to the bed. He tries to put his arm around me, but I gently push it off.

"What? I'm not allowed to hold you?"

"Nope."

He moves slightly closer to me.

"What about cuddling?"

I sigh.

"No Timmy. No cuddling."
