Cameron's POV

As I walked down the familiar halls, I received spiteful glares from people. I didn't react to them since I would do the same to any other person. If they had nearly killed their girlfriend.

I approached the door that led into my form room. I could hear yelps of laughter and loud talking. I took a deep breath and opened the door. Everything stopped. I felt like I had just walked in with two dead bodies on each arm. Everyone was starring at me.

"Cameron. We wasn't expecting you back so early," My teacher said, standing from his desk at the front of the classroom.
"Yeah well," I mumbled, walking towards the empty desk at the back. As I sat down the chatter became louder. I could faintly hear people talking about Lexi and me.
"They weren't even together that long and he nearly killed her," I heard from one of the boy in a large group. I felt my blood boil inside me. I was shaking with anger. I felt as if steam was bursting out of my ears. I instantly stood up and ran towards to boy. I grabbed by the neck and pushed him up against the wall, ignoring the desks in the way. I could tell he was scared.

"What the fuck did you just say!" I screamed, breathing heavily as I spoke.
"Nothing. I said nothing!" The teenager stuttered, putting his hands up in a guilty way.
"I fucking heard you. Say it again! I dare you," I shouted. By this time everyone had surrounded us.
"Cameron. I suggests you go to the head mistress' office," Sir said, calmly pulling me away from the scared teenage boy in front of me. I yanked my arms away from him and walked out. I had to get out of this school. I had to get out of the constant gossip that spread around about me. I had to see Lexi.

-knock knock knock-

"Cameron?"

"Mrs Daniels, is Lexi home?" I asked frantically. My breathing was in short puffs and my skin was hot.
"Mum? Everything alright?" She said from the hallway. Her sweet voice soothed me.
"Lexi!" I shouted from the doorway.
"Cameron?" She asked, walking towards the door. Her hair was up in a messy ponytail with made her look adorable. Her cheeks were a light pink and her lips bright red. Her big blue eyes fluttered as she walked. She looked beautiful.

"Lexi, I know you will never feel the same way as you did before with me. And I know that there will probably never be a chance you will remember me like you used too. And their definitely won't ever be a chance that we will ever be able to go back as it used to be. Which truthfully kills me inside, but just know, that no matter how many women I go to marry , you will be the only girl I truly ever loved. Just don't forget that,"
