Chapter Three
The wind blew in Isabelle's face as the pair drove down the long, curvy road. The road was right next to the beach, and both Isabelle and Jace could smell the beautiful ocean, as they drove past in the car.
"Isabelle," Jace said quite loudly, trying to start conversation. There was no way he was going to make Isabelle fall for him, if he wasn't as loud and cocky as possible. Girls don't like guys that are shy, Jace assumed.
"Yes?" Isabelle replied. Her hair blew out in the wind, and loose strands blew against her cold face. She tried to get her hair out of the way of her eyes with her fingers, but failed due to the high amount of wind.
"Are we sharing a room, or what?" Jace asked her. He thought it wouldn't be fair to shove the decisions in her face. Hopefully she'd like him more if he was polite enough to ask her.
Isabelle looked at Jace as if he had seriously lost his mind. Why was he asking her? She didn't know how big the beach house was, and even if she did, he'd be the one to make the decisions.
"I'll take that as a no," Jace muttered, obviously not understanding what she meant with her cold look. He hummed a catchy song to himself, while tapping his fingers against the driver's wheel.
"Then you're not totally stupid," Isabelle replied, and then rolled her eyes. Jace was annoying her already and they hadn't even arrived at the beach house yet.
"I think you should work on your attitude, missy," Jace retorted with a wide smirk spread across his face. He turned to face Isabelle, saw that she was irritated and smirked some more.
"I think you should shut that pretty little mouth of ours and shove it -" Isabelle began, but was interrupted by Jace's loud, annoying voice.
"- As much as I'd love to hear the end of that beautifully worded sentence, I feel it's more important to tell you that we've arrived," Jace pointed out with a grin. Annoying Isabelle was heaps of fun, especially seeing her irritated and aggrivated reactions. He could already tell this was going to be his craziest and funnest summer yet.
Isabelle looked up at the 'beach house' with wide eyes and her mouth hanging open. She was going to be living here? Wow. The stunning decorations made the simple, vintage design stand out and look amazing. Not to mention that the place was HUGE!
"Woah," Isabelle said. That was all she could manage to come up with.
"If you absolutely insist," Jace began, pointing to the rooms as he took Isabelle for a tour around the house, "On rooming alone, then you can choose any bedroom, that you wish."
Isabelle stopped in front of a door, and quickly poked it open, as if there were spiders on the door, and she had a terrible fear of spiders. When she saw the brightly coloured room, she gasped. It was beautiful.
"I choose this one," Isabelle told Jace as soon as she saw the room. She knew that she wouldn't need to see any more. The fluro pink coloured walls and rainbow-coloured bed sheets had made up her mind for her.
"Good, then consider us neighbours." Jace replied, with a smirk spread across his face. He then turned and walked into the next bedroom, laying down on the bed. He breathed an exhausted sigh, and then smiled once he realised Isabelle had followed him into the room.
"I knew you were going to try and sneak into my bed, Izzy, but I didn't know you worked so fast," Jace told her cheekily. Isabelle rolled her eyes and walked up to the bed, but didn't climb in as Jace had said.
"Can we at least go through the rules? What's going to happen?" Isabelle asked him. She didn't know what rules and conditions were attached to her million dollar reward, but she was hoping that she was at least allowed to invite over friends. With Melanie there, it would be a lot less painful.
"Don't ask if you can ask questions, Isabelle. Just ask them," Jace replied simply, causing Isabelle to blush. He had gotten her there. Maybe she needed to just relax and think of the situation she was in, as a, good learning experience..
"Am I allowed to invite over friends?" Isabelle asked him. She said the most important question first because she really desperately needed to know the answer.
"Of course not, babe, don't be silly. It's supposed to be a time to share together. A time where we can kiss, make out, kiss some more, flirt a little, joke around, kiss, kiss, splash in the water, kiss, and then eventually-" Jace went on and on, but was cut short by Isabelle who did not want to hear the end of his sentence.
"I get it."
"Next question please," Jace said simply.
"Who's making food?" Isabelle asked. This was another thing she had had on her mind since the beginning of this whole 'deal'. He hoped she wasn't going to be treated like a housewive, because that would not sit well with her.
"I am. I make a mean cheese and mushroom toastie. Of course, if you want gourmet crap, the kitchen's that-a-way," Jace replied, pointing to the door that would lead to the huge kitchen.
"Do I have to do anything... sexual with you? Because I don't want to be told to do something with you, that I'm not comfortable with," Isabelle questioned.
"That's the stupidest question I've ever heard. I'm not a pedophile, you know. I'm not going to force you to do anything. Of course, you'll be begging me by the end of the Summer either way, so it's not like I have to force you," Jace replied, a clear grin spread across his face.
"Yeah right," Isabelle responded, putting her hands on her hips. The idea of her begging him was obscure. She wouldn't do any of that for another million bucks. No way, no how. "Do I have to spend time with you and go on like, dates?"
"I'm not paying you one million bucks for you to sit on the couch with a tub of icecream and moan about your previous boyfriends, Isabelle. You obviously are going to have to go on dates with me," Jace uttered.
"I think that's it," Isabelle told him.
"Good. Put on a bikini. We're going for a splash," Jace replied with a sexy grin.

I'll upload the next chapter after 5 votes on this one. I just don't want to feel like I'm writing this, and nobody's reading it. :P
The start is very slow, but that's because the introductions and stuff are required to do all of the nice romantic, sexual and funny stuff that is soon to come.
Please comment, vote and fan if you enjoy it. :)
Lots of cyber love,
Sophia.
