Martyn's P.O.V
I can't believe it. ishraphels back! when did this happen, I had only heard stories about him when my mum and dad were here and I always pretend to battle him in my room not thinking I could later on in my life at the age of 18! I packed my things and ran outside leaping into the air and into the trees, immediately after I jumped vines helped me fall down safely until I felt the green grass below my feet. "Toby you ready?" I shouted towards the front door. I heard a rumble behind the door then Toby appeared with his usual black hoodie on, a few swords and of course food.
"Ready!" he said running over and we laughed and joked all the way over to honeydew inc. we had got the news later on in the day as we had a little problem with zombols and stuff and so we decided to head out early the next morning.
The logo of honeydew inc was glowing as we reached the wall surrounding it, we climbed over and ran towards the brown shed behind the cafe.
I knocked a little tune until I saw Zoey open the door with a wild smile and hugged me and Toby together, both of us losing air quickly. when she let go she started
"So you got the message? your the 3rd and 4th last people to come all we need are Sips and Sjin"
I returned a smile and said "yeah sorry about being late we didn't get it until late last night and we were both not ready to go......" i tried to finish.
"It's fine we are expecting Sips and Sjin later as well because sjin was on his farm when he got the news and it takes him almost a day to get here so your alright anyway!" Xephos said greeting us.
I smiled in return and nodded To Toby to say "go socialise" and he nodded running to honeydew who was playing with a Jaffa cake. this allowed me to get a good look of the room.
Xephos was sitting with honeydew and Toby deep in conversation i dare not interrupt, Rythian and Zoey were talking and Teep was listening too. I looked around for Lalna but couldn't see him until I saw him staring at Rythian like a stalker would but instead, stalker more murderer. I walked over to him.
"Hi Lalna! ehh whats with the creepy stare?" I joked as he jumped at my presence and smiled. "hi Martyn and ehhhhh it's complicated..." he drifted off until I snapped my fingers grabbing back his attention "tell me" I said simply and he raised an eyebrow in confusion, something he rarely did.
"You don't know what happened between me and......" he said pointing towards Rythian who waved at me but the slyly glared at Lalna from behind his back. "no..." I said confused
"Well when we moved he into the new world Rythian became a worry to me so I put a nuclear bomb under his base, then I trapped him once in a forcefield too. So we have a difficult relationship." Lalna said simply shrugging, I whistled quietly.
"a nuke!" I said looking between him and Rythian.
"Yeah well soon as Sjins scent is in here all 3 of them will be on edge, very edge" Lalna said standing up and walking away too Honeydew and Xephos. I noticed something else when Lalna said Sjin, Lalna basically spat the name out like poison.
I stood there asking myself 'why don't they like sjin?' I shrugged and walked towards the trio themselves smiling towards them.
"Hey guys!" I said putting my hand out for a handshake because I knew Rythian wouldn't go for a bone-crushing hug Zoey does. he gently took it but I could feel his fingers wrap round mine quite strongly after and let go. Rythian smiled "hello Martyn littlewood I remember your parents Matilda and Christopher was it?" I nodded "yeah there the ones" I smiled remembering my parents I don't mind people talking about them they left me peacefully and I'm fine about that.
"So you nervous" I asked raising an eyebrow, I saw Teep shake his head and raise his bow to say 'I don't care!' Which I smiled at "yeah" Rythian said sitting on a bottom bunk that was probably his make-shift bed, "I'm not worried about the fight no! but i am worried about..." Zoey said mouthing the word 'Sjin' to me which Rythian clearly saw. I looked at him to hear his reaction his purple eyes glowing.
"Zoey I can see you and yes also 'him' too. but I will try to forgive him but I'm making no promises" Rythian said and started to talk to Teep which Zoey then smiled at me and turned to face her best friend and join their conversation leaving me to my own devices.
I walked to Toby who had left the heros to Lalna and was watching me walk over to him.
"Hey Toby how was the little chat with Honeydew and Xephos?" I asked starting a conversation "good we were talking about the others so i knew more about them because we are the youngest and all" he said sulky like, he hated being called to young for stuff and me too for that matter but i saw the reason why they were talking about that.
"So what you learn boy!" I joked punching him in the arm which he laughed at.
"I learn that Lalna is smartest and avoids Rythian at all costs also he has a grudge against Sjin too, the trio over their are amazing at magic so that's a good strong point and well Sips and sjin are immature but are a good help when it comes to fighting" he said pointing at people when he said there name. I really thought about that Sips and Sjin where immature that surprised me.
Toby babbled on talking about stuff Xephos had told him like a big head sjin controlled until lunch was brought to us and we sat we the rest of he groups chatting together bar Rythian and Duncan and we were all waiting for the 2 dirt traders to appear at the door and then we would talk battle plans.
(( I know it's not Martyn's real age but I had to make it this way so he is this same age as Toby and all of the others are older than him also the others are around the ages 30-36 as some of them were just 16 year old when they got the new world ok?))
