Xephos's P.O.V
I woke up with a start, almost knocking over my sword that I had started to put beside my pillow. 'What the hell was that dream?' I mean it seemed almost familiar, but come on I'm an alien from another planet! They would never let me be their king! I stood up and looked at my friend. Honeydew was lightly sleepy as he wasn't snoring, instead his face was scrounged up as if he was having a bad dream. His eyes tightened for a moment and he opened his eyes. "good morning" I said as Honeydew looked shocked, almost scared. "Notch, I had a weird dream" he groaned out Rubbing his head, I had to admit I did have a slight headache. "me too" I said to him and he laughed patting my leg because he was still sitting (if he stood up he would still be around my waist) and smiled "nervous?" he said and I shrugged, of course I was but actually I wasn't. "well yes but I feel confident" I answered and he looked straight at me. "you've changed friend" he commented. I raised my eyebrow smirking "good or bad?" I questioned.
"We'll just have to wait and see"
Toby's P.O.V
I opened my eyes and then closed them, rubbing my head. "got a headache?" I heard Martyn say somewhere next to me, probably in his sleeping bag. As i opened my eyes again i groaned out a yes. "Me too." I heard Martyn say. That's when i remembered that weird dream i had, it seemed so real. So life-like."Martyn?" I asked getting out of bed and stretching, watching said man fix his hair as it was messy from probably moving in his sleep. "Mmmhmm?" He said sticking his tongue out in concentration. "I had a weird dream, you died...." I said laughing dryly at the end. Martyn looked shocked for a moment. "That's weird so did i and unfortunately in mine i died too?" We both stood for a minute looking at each other puzzled but shrugged it of coming out of our tents.
Sips P.O.V
What mushrooms have i been eating? That dream was mucked up! Sjin was up before me as always and i saw him bending over his bed. "Sleep well?" He asked making me jump in fright. "How did you know i was up?" I questioned as he turned around, his eyes were dark from lack of sleep. "Your loud snoring stopped!" He exclaimed and he then stood up to his full height."had a messed up dream though" Sjin said and i raised an eyebrow. "I thought you didn't sleep?" I joked earning a laugh from him. "ha ha very funny. No but it was so" He made gestures with his hands "Real, do you know what I'm saying!" Sjin said and i nodded. "I had a strange one too. Battle of some sort, everybody was there and these other two people that i know i've never seen before" i said and he looked bewildered. "Me too" was all he said as we went outside.
Zoey's P.O.V
Wow! That was a weird/cool/awesome/weird dream i had there, I rubbed my chest thinking of that pain in my chest but shrugged it off as i looked at Rythian. Rythian oh, he looked so cute when he was sleeping. He was almost huddle up in a ball, his scarf riding up one side of his face made him looked even more adorable! I saw teep watching and came over to me, nudging me making me laugh "oh shut up Tee! You know i like him!" I whispered to the grinning Dino before my slight noise woke Rythian. "Did i miss something?" He asked as i broke into silent giggles before kissing him good morning, "Good morning!" i chirped and pulled him out of bed like i normally did in the new base. Huh the new base. seems so long along since the accident... "lets go" I heard Rythian and broke out my trance as i skipped out.
Lalna's P.O.V
I rubbed my head as i got up slowly. I winced as i traced my brusie on my eye but it didn't stop me thinking about that girl. Kim. She seemed so familar in that crazy dream. "Shut up Lalna, your going crazy" i say to myself and strechted my arms, cracking them back together. Kim looked familar, too familar. Dark hair and red dress. I remember that from somewhere........ "STAND DOWN!" I heard outside, and immediately grabbed my portal gun and ran out. Everybody was there, weapons raised at two figures. "Erm hi" the girl said, she had a dirty red dress on and raven long hair. Her weird purple glowing eyes bored into mine as I recognised her. It was Kim! "Is this a nice welcome?" the other slyly said walking up to Xephos, who looked as though he was confused by the man. "I know you" Xephos said and everybody else including me nodded. "well of course you do Xephos! it's me!" the man exclaimed smiling brightly. still confused by Kim I stayed stunned as the last person I expected to speak up, did. Toby. "Your Ridgedog" he pointed at the man "and your Kim, your were in my dream" he finished. Wait, does that mean he had the same dream as me? "mine too" Zoey said and everybody nodded as well. "wow you guys are thick" Ridgedog sighed out glancing at everyone. "That dream you just had wasnt a dream as such but a vision of the past. It was your ancestors, thousands of years ago in the old world" I swore I saw Rythian and Sjin look at me. "and when Israphel took over" Ridge said as everybody looked confused. "we were in the original ye old goon squad but obviously it disassembled in the last war..." Kim said sadly and Honeydew spoke up. "Ye old goon squad? seriously that was the name?" he questioned and Kim glared at him "yes! problem dwarf?" she snapped, making Honeydew giggle "you look like a puppy when your angry" Kim raised an eyebrow "is that so? well what type?" Kim questioned. This made Honeydew ponder a bit and as I watched Honeydew stepped forward, almost the same height as Kim and squint his eyes at her. "hmmmmm. a corgi!" he said finally and everybody laughed.
Xephos's P.O.V
"So why are you alive and not the rest of this 'Ye old goon squad'?" I questioned. Ridge's eyes turned sad and looked at the equally sad Kim. "those dreams you had" Kim said to everyone, "the one about a massive battle" Kim said and everyone looked at each other, realising what she was about to say. "that was the Ye old goon squad" I thought hard. that's impossible! I'm an alien as king, who fought Israphel then died? who's story idea is this? "No way" I heard sips say and also heard Zoey gasp. "Impossible!" Sjin said. "We're the new Ye old goon squad" I whispered and Ridge nodded. "yes" was all he said and smiled, patting my taller shoulder. I looked at him and something ran through my mind that notch would be proud of.
