Zoeys P.O.V

When Rythian left i tried my hardest not to think about him. Me and Tee distracted ourselves by flicking the lever over and over again, we walked round Sjins farm looking at the scenery. I even started to talk to Joseph and Greg but they didn't even cheer me up like Rythian would. I was walking through the bee farm, alone when i felt a presence behind me. "Zoey?" i heard a male voice asked i smiled smelling a flower. "Lalna" i simply said not making eye contact. I hadn't forgotten what he had done to me. I turned around to face him, he was in his usual pants and lab coat with his goggles on his forehead his messy blonde hair hiding half of his face. "like what you see?" he said smiling and i laughed in disgust "Lalna you know i didn't mean that" i said and turned back round to the flowers and started to collect roses for Rythian IF he came back. i didn't think he was still there until i felt him right behind me and tap me on the shoulder. I jumped and spinned round. "What?" i said scared but staying strong. "Zoey you really need to work on hiding your emotion, you look like someone killed you" Lalna said sitting down next to me and shifted a yard away from him "or blown your base and arm off" i said flexing my robotic arm. "right i said i was sorry is that not enough!" he said and i laughed "Enough! you destroyed me and Rythians work. Lalna we will eventually forgive you but we will never trust you" i said calming smiling at the end and finishing picking up flowers. i stood up brushing pollen off me and started to walk back to the house. i had just gotten to start of the DNA tank when i felt a ruff hand grab my hair and muffle my scream i tried to scream. "Zoey my dear you better play nice or Rythian won't be alive for much longer" i voice said and i collapsed to the ground as it dropped me. i cried out in pain as i fell on my ankle and rubbed it, wincing a the pain. "ZOEY?" i heard Lalna shout and i saw him come into view running to me with a look of confusion and fear. "lalna" i said as he dropped down beside me and held onto my shoulders "what happened?" he asked staring right into my soul. i look at my ankle. "i,i.. i don't know" i said confused if it wasn't Lalna who was it. "Did you trip?" he asked brushing his hand against the already forming bruise. "no i was pulled down by someone or something" i said gasping as he pushed my ankle back into place. "sorry. didn't want to waste time telling you that. do you know who did it then?" he asked calming lifting me up letting me lean on him. "i think it was 'him'" i said shakily and i saw Lalna's eye grow big in fear but it quickly disappeared "well lets get you back inside then" he smiled lifting me up bridal style and carrying me to the house.

After we got back and he had set me down we heard some noise outside, we all looked at each other worriedly as Lalna raised his portal gun and i raised my arm. we waited until we heard several footsteps towards the door and i was about to fire when i 5 familiar faces entered the room "Hey guys uh nice welcome party" Sips muttered before we all ran up to them, bar me sighing in relief. "Rythian!" i half whispered half screamed as he sat down next to me. "hello again" he said and i could tell he was smiling underneath his mask. "What happened to your leg?" he asked growing concerned. i looked down at my now bandaged up leg and back to him "i fell outside, clumsy me and twisted my ankle, nothing to worry about" i said hugging him. he hugged back but paused in it and let go. "who found you. you couldnt of alked back yourself" he said raising an eyebrow, i hesitated giving him all the ideas that Lalna brought me back "was it Lalna" he asked and i slowly shook my head. Rythian sighed but nodded looking at Lalna who was talking to Honeydew and Xephos. "good" was all he said before he stood back up and walked towards him.

Rythians P.O.V

as she nodded i sighed but understood he did it for her safety "good" i said before standing up and walking towards said man. "Lalna can i have a minute?" i asked as Lalna, Honeydew and Xephos looked at me. Lalna raised an eyebrow. "sure" he said and we walked over to the ovens. lalna crossed his arms, and leant against the chest. "what is it?" he asked and i looked akwardly around before looking at him "er well its just to say thanks for getting Zoey back here. i am greatful" i said saying the truth. he looked slightly shocked at this answer "wow, Rythian said Thank you. Thats a first" he said making me smile under my mask. "haha well don't get used to it" i said and we both looked around. "so where was Sjin?" he asked randomly as both sets of eyes fell upon Sjin who was bandaged up and talking to Martyn, Toby and Sips. "well we found him in a nether fortress but it looked more like a tower, and Strawfingers was there too, but got away" i explained and he nodded. "he looks like he got it ruff with something" he commented on Sjin's Brusied eye, arms, legs and shaky hands. "well you gave him the black eye" i said under my breath. "what did you say?" lalna said turning to face me. "i said Well Martyn patched him up good" i said a little too quickly. He narrowed his eyes but shrugged and walked but over to the dwarf and spaceman.

As we all went to bed we decided it was better if Sjin slept downstairs and he grabbed a spare bed and plunked himself dow next to Sips and and me. As Sjin sat down on his bed i felt quite warm under the covers, too hot i need a thinner blanket. "sjin do you have any thinner blankets its too warm" i said and he looked at his cloth of a blanket. "take mine" he whispered back to me as we switched blankets. As our hands touched though i felt a wave of pain strike my hand and right up my arm. Knifes, bodies and blood. crossed my vision as i quickly snatched the blanket and turned around trying to hide my surprise from Sjin.
