Zoey's P.O.V
I heard the massive commotion in front of us and i heard Martyn shout us to get ready. Teep look at me and i nodded, this was going to be a piece of cake. A lot of cake. I did my part by grabbing the box and holding it tight. "Get ready" i heard Toby say s he stood right at the edge of the force-field with Martyn. Martyn then bent down and carefully placed his hand on a root of a tree. Immediately it started to grow larger and larger, i had to eventually move to not get taken out by it. "GO!" Martyn yelled and all four of us sprinted away, jumping onto the root that had been made into a make-shift bridge, taking us straight to the fight. "Friends! Help us!" Martyn called half-way through and as me all passed some stragglers of monsters you clawed at my feet, they fell to the ground quickly as the grass grew long and held them there. "Teep and Zoey, left!" Toby shouted "I know i know!" I shouted back as Teep grunted. "Good luck" heard faintly as me and Teep got separated from them as Martyn made the root split into two. Me and Teep get on running for a short while, dodging arrows and spiders legs until it dipped allowing us to jump of and go into battle. I heard Teep roar behind me then in front of me as he ripped the mobs to pieces. I started to shoot them with my explosive arm and crippled them before Teep could Nash there faces off. "Teep! Behind you!" I yelled as a creeper exploded, white light flashed purple though and dissolved quickly. Rythians replaced the creeper and for a moment i stood still. He looked so baddass.
"Zoey" Rythian said and i smiled at him as new confidence surged through me. I grabbed his face, gently though and kissed him. Surprised at first he tried to pull away but i felt him melt into it. Teep i could hear was groaning probably from all the mushy but i didn't CARE all that mattered that Rythian was safe. "ew so gross" i heard behind me and i panicked. Rythian gasped too and shielded me away from strawfingers that loomed behind me. "get away from her!" Rythian strongly spoke. Strawfingers only laughed and pulled out a sword from his side and taunted Rythian with it. "Fine by me" Strawingers leaped at him and Rythian screamed as the blade went right through him "NO!" i screamed and blew Srawfingers away but i saw him disappear. I ran over to him and picked his head off the ground that had went extremely pale. I played with his hair and smiled. Rythian smiled too and pulled me closer.
Sjin's P.O.V
I ran through the monsters easily, cut a few heads here and there if i had too. I needed to find out if Rythian had done his part of the plan so i could do mine. "SHIT!" i heard i voice yell. Wait. "SIPS?" I called out but the moans and clanks of monsters that surrounded me confused me to where he was. I finally spotted him, a zombie was on top of him and i saw him defenseless and looking scared. I grabbed the pistol that was strapped to my leg and fired.
Hitting its target perfectly.
Sips gasped as the zombie lay lip in his arms and looked around for me, i didn't move as i saw him widen his gaze at me. "Sjin!" he shouted but i felt the presence of that piece of shit behind me. Strawfingers grabbed me by the neck and held me tight. "Sipsy Sipsy Sipsy Sipsy" He shook his head saying this. "don't please" He begged holding his hands out and stepping closer. Strawfingers then simply pushed the blade further into my neck, making a bead of blood start to trickle down. "Ah ah ah!" he sang and Sips stopped, his eyes huge. "I've waited a long time to do this creator" Strawfingers growled in my ear and spat in my face before saying. "And i'll cherish it forever". I felt the blade split my neck and smiled before everything turn purple.
Xephos's P.O.V
Honeydew and i ran through the gates only to be pushed back as zombie pig-men, blazes and cave-spider came out us. "Thank notch there's no jeff's" I shouted at Honeydew as the mob's surrounded us. "don't jinx it noob" he shouted back. "I'm not a" But i was cut off as a blaze shot a me but i blocked it quickly. It fired again and i made it backfire and kill itself. The cave spiders advanced and i crushed some under my boot and others i cut in half. "DEW!" i shouted as He had a cave spider on his back. "One on your back!" i pointed me my sword and he laughed before jumping up and falling onto his back, crushing the cave-spider completely. "What's on my back?" He asked and i laughed patting him on the shoulder. "Come on we've got to get to the gates".
Sips's P.O.V
I had tried to focus on the plan but i couldn't i just lost my best friend and i did nothing about it. I cold've saved him. I fought with no emotion, just wanting it to be over. I saw Zoey in the corner of my eye and for some weird reason i understood why i had noticed her in the crowd. It wasn't that fact she had red hair but her face was the same as mine. Numb with grief of a lost loved one. I looked at her as she looked at me and with spoke with no words. She had figured out too. "Sips i'm" "Don't" I cut her off, my voce was horse from yelling at the ground. "I can't go through with this any longer" i mumbled and closed my eyes, just wanting the world swallow me up. I felt Zoey grab my hand and i opened my eyes. Zoey was looking at me with determination in her tear-stained eyes. I then noticed that her face paint was running and how Teep was around as, protecting us. "Sip's we can do this" She tried to persuade m but i shook my head. Zoey bit her lip but looked a me again. "Do it for Sjin" That cracked me. That filled me with determination o stop my emo state. I let go of her hand and kicked a sword into my hand. "Let's do this for them" i said and with a grim smile wee both ran forward, nearing the gates.
Zoey's P.O.V
As we ran i thought of my last moments with Rythian, how he had kissed me softly and weakly before finally falling into my lap and fade away into purple smoke. But i remembered those for words that made me determined to fight for him and defeated Israphel. Stick. To. The. Plan
