Violet's P.O.V
After stretching and lying around a bit in my dragon form I went to get my bag and head back to the orphanage. On the way through the woods to get back I heard a rustling in the covered area around me. Suddenly 3 huge wolves popped out, but they were WAY too big to be normal wolves. 'Probably the weres' I thought. Taking a sniff while trying to be careful not to show it I had confirmed that they were werewolves. Pretending to cower back, I faked a whimper because these wolves would most likely be suspicious if they found out a 'human' knew about them.
All 3 came closer and formed a semi-circle around me. The largest was a midnight black wolf, he was in the middle and to his right was the second biggest, a dirty blonde wolf. The last was the smallest of the 3 but still quite large and it was a light brown with dark brown patches all over it. All 3 wolves were snarling at me, showing me their huge teeth. I pretended to tremble and even managed to bring tears to my eyes. All of a sudden, the black on leapt out at me and bit a chunk out of my shoulder. I yelped in pain as blood started to flow down out of the wound. Next the brown one lunged at my leg and managed to swipe his paws across my thigh, leaving 3 deep gashes. Finally the blonde one ran at me, latching his giant teeth onto my arms. I screamed out in pain before he pried his jaws out of my arm. Suddenly we all heard a deep, rumbling growl from behind me and all heads turned to the sound, only finding a pair of bright blue eyes that seemed to glow in the darkness surrounding us. The mysterious figure growled one more time before all the wolves took off with their tails between their legs.
Just as I was about to fall to the ground from the blood loss the body attached to the eyes came rushing out of the trees and to my side, catching me as I was about to hit the ground. He seemed vaguely familiar but that was my last thought before my eyes fluttered closed and I fell into the deep pit of unconsciousness.
Jaden's P.O.V***************************************************************************************************
We all watched her fly around for a bit before heading inside the cave we found. I was talking with Blaze and Courtney when we heard a yelp from down below, somewhere in the forest. I sprang to my feet and ran down the mountain and into the forest, getting there in about a minute. There I saw 3 werewolves attacking Violet. I growled at them loudly and they all snapped their heads in my direction. I made sure to make my eyes glow slightly with our power, letting my dragon have a bit of control. When they still didn't leave I growled again, putting more volume and power into it, making them all run away with their tails ticked between their legs.
Looking back, I saw Violet start to sway a little and that was when I noticed her blood soaked clothes and horrible wounds. Running forward to catch her before she fell, I saw her look up at me and a look of recognition flash in her eyes before they fluttered shut and she fell unconscious.
Now panicking, I unleashed my wings and flew back up to our cave to meet Blaze and Courtney. Sending Blaze a mess\age through our link, I told him to prepare the first aid kit for me. Finally reaching the top, I put my wings back and ran towards the cane entrance. When I entered with Violet in my arms I heard them both gasp and Courtney got tears in her eyes. Setting her down on the blanket they had laid out, I got a cloth and the bucket of water we gathered when we got here and started to clean her wounds. Once they were clean I had noticed that they were already about half way done healing thanks to our advanced dragon healing.
After examining her wounds, I quickly applied disinfectant before her injuries became infected while she was laying on the ground. When I was done applying it I saw that they were now completely healed up and that she should be waking up soon.
Just as I thought that Violet started stirring and her eyes fluttered open. Looking around at her surroundings. She seemed alarmed that she was in a cave and did not know how she got here but then she noticed us all sitting around her. Examining us, her eyes widened as she took our appearances in. Noticing our odd eye coloring, the first words out of her mouth were......
"Holy. Fucking. Shit."
Carter's P.O.V**************************************************************************************************
After coming up with a plan with Alex and Jackson, we all agreed to follow Violet's scent and try to scare or anger her into revealing what she was. All of us exiting the pack house, we shifted into our wolves and started to look for Violet's scent. After finding it, we followed and saw that it led to a mountain path. Not wanting to go through, we decided to wait for her to come back through before attacking.
Finally after about 2 hours we saw her coming. Sending the signal to the guys, we all growled and jumped out at her, snarling. She backed up against a tree with tears in her eyes as she was shaking like a leaf. Deciding to attack her now, I went at her shoulder while Alex scratched across her thigh. Right after Jackson got a big bite of her arm we all heard a deep, rumbling growl coming from behind Violet. When we didn't back off they did it again but this time it had more power in it. All of us whimpering from the power in it, we ran off and back to the pack house where we thought about what the mystery creature was.
When that got boring and we were all frustrated we all went to the living room to watch a movie. During it I thought about Violet and wondered if she would be at school tomorrow. If she wasn't healed yet then she was most definitely human, which she probably is and today was just pure luck for her. But whatever the case, I would find out tomorrow whether she liked it or not.
