You sat up, hearing the door slam. Your boyfriend walked in, grinning. "OH (Y/N)!~~~~~~ I HAVE A NEW FRIENDDDDD!~~~~~~"
You smiled, getting out of bed and walking to the living room.
You walked in to find John Laurens plopped on the couch, a turtle on his chest.
You stated at him, shaking your head.
"Another turtle, John?"
"Yep!" He grinned, standing and twirling around with the turtle.
"What's his name?"
"I named him Ham."
"After Alex?"
"Yep. He's gonna be EZ's boyfriend... Or maybe Angie's...or Mary's...or Johnny's...I dunno yet."
You shrugged a little. "Hm. Alrighty. Where'd you get him?"
"I know a guy..."
"Pet store?"
"Pet store."
"You have a whole bunch of turtles, John..."
"Yeah. I know...It's an addiction."
He sat the turtle down in the large terrarium.
"But I'm still addicted to your love~"
John put on a cheesy grin, hugging you close. He wrapped his arms around you, humming in your ear for a minute.
He whispered gently into your ear.
"So, can we keep himmmmmmm?~"
