Newt and (Name) tumbled onto the ground with both of them sending out their own groans. Tina had disappeared once again to grab Newt's suitcase, and she quickly appeared once more, holding the case. "Please, Tina. Don't do this, don't do this." Newt pleaded as he reached for his case. Tina had pulled it away from him, a sigh escaping her lips. She did not like doing this to Newt, she hated it in fact. She had waited for Madam President to walk over, and soon enough she did. She walked over with three other wizards, following her like a tail.

"Mister Scamander." Madam had said as she looked down at Newt. He looked up at her in fear as he swallowed nervously. "Yes?" He asked, glancing over at (Name) as he had done so. Madam glanced over at the no-maj, and her nose had scrunched up. She could instantly tell that the (Colored) haired girl had no magic just by the way she cowered from under the other Wizards. "A no-maj?" Madam had asked as she shifted her eyes back to Newt. His eyes slowly fell to the ground with his hair falling over his eye.

"Please escort Mister Scamander and the girl into a cell. We will decide what will done to him afterwards." She ordered as she had taken the case away from Tina and began walking away in the opposite direction that the wizards were dragging Newt and the girl. The two were thrown into a cell without much thought. (Name) screamed out as she had hit the floor, groaning while she rubbed her back softly.

Newt had not dared to fight against the bars as he had simply just sat down and rested his face in his hands instead. "I'm doomed." He had whispered, earning a glance from (Name). A sympathetic look was painted along her face as she had crouched down before him and set a hand along his cheek. "It's going to be okay." She had said softly for Newt. But, somehow she still felt like it was for herself. She needed the moral support more than he did at this point. She was petrified beyond belief, as her heart was racing out of her chest. She was not sure of what to do though. So, she just crouched there before him, trying to calm the man.  Newt slowly turned his eyes up to see her.

"I'm not even supposed to be in America, (Name). They won't be to the slightest happy that I'm-" He trailed off there, looking blankly at the wall before putting his face in his hands. His heart shattered then and there. "You're what?" The girl asked softly, no louder than a whisper. Newt shifted his eyes slowly up to meet hers. "I'm utterly and hopelessly in love with you." He said softly his eyes falling to the ground once more after he had said the words. (Name) sat down cross legged and let her head fall as she had closed her eyes.

"Do you think that I'd be a Hufflepuff too?" (Name) had said out of the blue in the silence. There was nothing else to be heard but her voice, and the soft buzzing of some generators. Newt had looked at her, with his head slightly tilted. It was like he instantly had forgotten she knew about wizards and Hogwarts. A smile slowly spread to his lips and the girl's eyes had opened. He took her into his arms and set his chin up top of her head, and a long sigh escaped his lips.

"Yeah. Yeah. Maybe even Gryffindor." Newt had said in barely a whisper. It was just them, with (Name) hugging Newt's arms as he held her. Nothing else could be seen or heard but the two embracing one another. Tina had stood at the far end of the room and watched them closely. In a way, she felt remorse for them. She felt almost sorry. She did not ever thing that she would see Newt have such passion for something other than his case full off beasts. No, he had never shown such affection to her. Her eyes fell.

The soft smile on (Name)'s face as Newt held her was enough to make Tina bite her lip in an attempt to stop herself from screaming out "It's not fair!". She held her composure and looked away.

It was out of her hands now.
