Today is the day when the teen beach movie cast is rehearsing for the Disney Christmas Day parade.

MAIA'S POV.

When I got to the rehearsal the first person I saw was ross. I immediately ran up to him and gave him a hug.

"Hey ross! I haven't seen you in like forever!" I said to him while we kept hugging.

"I know I've missed you" he said as we pulled apart.

ROSS'S POV.


God I've missed Maia so much! Just her being around me makes me feel happy. I don't know if it's noticeable but I have liked Maia for a really long time.

"How have you been, how's everyone?" She asked as we sit down

"I've been good, me and the band have been going on tours so we've been really busy. How about you?" I asked her

"That's awesome ross, and I've been great but also really busy with shooting the fosters and trying to spend time with my family and Ramy." She said

As soon as she said his name my heart immediately sunk. I know he's her boyfriend and all but I couldn't help but feel a little jealous.

"Are you okay ross?" She asked

"Umm yeah I'm fine..." I said

Was it that obvious that Im jealous?

"Are you sure, you know you can tell me anything were like family." She said happily

I'm gonna do it, I'm gonna tell Maia how I feel about her!

"Actually Maia I'm not okay I really need to tell you something." I said

"Okay, what is it?" She asked

"Alright everybody time to rehearse!" Our director announced

MAIA'S POV.

"I-" he began to say

"Alright everybody time to rehearse!" Our director announced

"Well I guess we should go over there" I said starting to stand up

"Uh yeah I guess so" he said

I wonder what ross was gonna say? I'll have to ask him later, he never is like this he's always so happy and goofy around me.
Ross and I walk over to the rest of the cast and the director.

"Since ya'll already know the dance moves all we have to do is change it up a bit. We'll be shortening cruisin ' for a bruisin' and we'll have Maia be with grace while she sings her part of the song and Maia will be the one to kiss ross's cheek" said the director

I'm glad I get to be in the cruisin' for a bruisin' number. And when the choreographer said I would be the one kissing ross on the cheek me and ross both gave each other quick glances. Ramy might get jealous but he's really understanding I mean it's just a kiss on the cheek, and it's not like we're making out.

ROSS'S POV.

As soon as the director said Maia was the one kissing my cheek I smiled a bit and gave Maia a quick glance. * 3 hours later*

"Wow! Everybody did amazing, we will be shooting for the parade two days from today so on Wednesday be here at 11:00 am" said the director

As everyone was grabbing there bags and heading out I walked up to Maia and Grace

"Uh Maia do you want a ride home? I asked

"Yeah sure, let me just call Ramy and tell him I don't need a ride home" she said

"Okay" I said as she walked away to talk to Ramy

"So grace I'm having a party on Friday at my house, do you wanna come?" I asked

"Yeah definitely!" she replied

"Okay and you can tell the rest of the guys they can come too" I said

"Okay I will" grace said as Maia got off the phone

"Ready to go?" I asked as Maia

"Yeah, bye grace see you on Wednesday" Maia said as we walked to my car

"Thanks for taking me home" Maia said while we got into the car

"No problem, I'm happy too" I said

"So before rehearsal you were gonna tell me something?" Maia said

"Um yeah I was gonna say that I-" I began to say before my phone started ringing

"Hello?"
"Yeah I'll ask"

"Maia, Rydel was wondering if you wanted to come over?" I asked her

"Yeah, of course" Maia said

"Yeah she's gonna come over" I told Rydel
"Okay bye" I said as I hung up

"So ross, um how's Austin and Ally?" Maia asked

"Good, how's the fosters going?"

"Great, it's like a third home to me" Maia said

"What's your second home?" I asked pulling into my drive way

"Here" she replied pointing to my house

MAIA'S POV.

As ross and I walked into the house Rydel, Ratliff, Riker, Rocky and Ryland come running over and gave me a group hug.

"We've missed you so much!" Rydel said as they let go

"I've missed you guys too!" I said

"So ross, are you guys dating yet?" Rocky asked

"Umm what? No" ross said as his face got red

I couldn't help but laugh, but it was kind of awkward. I mean Rocky knows I have a boyfriend, why would he say that?

"Who wants to watch a movie?" asked Ratliff

"I do!" Responded ryland, rocky and ross

"I think me and Maia are gonna head upstairs" said Rydel walking towards the stairs

"I've missed being around you guys!" I said as we walked into her room

"We've missed having you here, especially ross" Rydel said

"Really?" I asked

"Yeah I mean you do know that he likes you right?" Rydel asked

"Well kind of I mean I knew that he liked me awhile back but I didn't realize he still does" I said awkwardly

"Yeah and aren't you and Ramy still dating? Rydel said

"Yeah we are and I don't think I feel that way about ross" I said

ROSS'S POV.

"So ross I thought you were going to tell Maia that you liked her? Rocky asked

"I was but I kept on getting interrupted" I said sadly

"Isn't she dating that Ramy guy?" Riker asked

"Yeah that's another problem she has a boyfriend but I think I'm falling in love with her" I said

"Wow ross you really got to tell her man" rocky said

"I know and I think I know how I'm gonna tell her" I said
