Mizuki used her strength to push her opponent back and with a hiss of fury, the figure had no choice but to move back to plan a new attack.

"How did you essscape?!" hissed the figure. She then turned to her companion, who was sitting on a tree branch. "You idiot, Sssaskia, you didn't tie her up properly, did you?!"

With Mizuki's sudden appearance, Kenji was able to notice that his attacker was a female from the Serpent clan. All the clans had certain features of their animal. In this case, the Serpent clan had scales located on their arms and cheeks and feet.

This one, however, had a more reddish tinge to her scales compared to her companion's slightly more orange tinged scales. She was watching the scene unfold from a safe distance which was on a tree branch.

The lady on the tree just shrugged. "Didn't really think it was necessary at the time since....."

"You really shouldn't underestimate any opponent you face," warned Mizuki. There was no emotion visible on her face but the expression in her eyes made the two women hesitate.

"I suggest you leave..... now!" commanded Mizuki. The two serpents, however, stood there with an amused look on their faces.

"Who are you to sssuggessst sssomething to uss?" hissed the serpent on the ground. They didn't feel threatened by Mizuki's suggestion. There was no indication that Mizuki would be challenging opponent. They couldn't even sense her aura.

'What is going on?' wondered Kage. 'It doesn't matter if you're the weakest in the world, your presence can still be detected. But with Mizuki....'

'It's as if she's an illusion," thought Kenji. 'You can see her but you can't sense her. What is going on?' questioned Kenji.

"Just because I am blind does not mean that I am weak," said Mizuki, filling in the silence that had fallen during the confrontation. With that, there was a sudden change in Mizuki. Her almost non-existent aura suddenly felt powerful. Power and authority oozed out of Mizuki which made the serpents cower.

"Wha-what's going on?" whispered Saskia to her sister. "Surely, it'ssss not..."

"It issss," confirmed her sister. Her previous expression turned into a grave one. "It'ssss ssstarting. Thisss issss only the beginning."

Mizuki's aura grew stronger to the point that it suffocated the two serpents. Even Kenji and Kage had trouble breathing. The wind grew stronger and dark clouds formed in the sky. The beautiful scenery from moments before slowly morphed into a scene from a nightmare.

"We have to leave, Sssara," begged Saskia and with that, the she grabbed her sister and they disappeared. The dark aura gradually became less constricting and the sky returned to its former sunny state. The wind stopped blowing harshly and Mizuki aura slowly disappeared.

"Stupid lizards," sighed Mizuki. She took her daggers and sheathed them, concealing them unto her clothing. She turned to see Kenji and Kage's staring at her with a bewildered expression.

"Tch," scoffed Mizuki and she started walking in another direction. "There's a place nearby, we can rest there and I can... answer your questions. In exchange, you have to explain some things to me too."

The two men didn't know how to reply so they just followed the blind girl leading them.
