Chapter 4 - Unexpected

IU POV

It was saturday morning when my manager called me telling me to pack my things for sunday evening, because I have a job to do. 

Guess what? It's a variety show! Well I heard that show is just new so I'm expecting new things. Also, right after I went home last week (after the commercial shoot) Bangtan already flooded me with text messages so I slept at 3 am. 

My manager is not yet here so I cook for my dinner. Well he didn't even said that I shouldn't eat. I just grab anything from the fridge and cook it. 

"Ah I'm so hungry." I said to myself. It's been two days since Bangtan Sonyeondan texted me, well I bet their busy. It's just a shame that I'll be busy on the next days.

While eating my food my phone suddenly rang, I thought it was a text from my manager but no. 

[Annyeong Noona! I'm sorry for not texting you this past few days. We're just so busy right now, I think we're going to start another album. Hope you can listen to it. ^^] 

Ah it's from Jungkook! Is he promoting his album to me by texting so that I wouldn't feel sad that they didn't text me for two days? I immediately send a reply to him. 

[kekeke, are you promoting now your album? Of course I'll buy it for you >_<] 

I smiled while sending this to him, I think he will get shy and say 'That's not what I meant!'  I was just going to eat again when my phone rings for the second time. 

[No noona, you got it wrong. I was just telling you why we're busy these days. I hope you understand TT]  

"HAHAHAHA he's so funny!" 

[Kookie-sshi I was just kidding! >_< keke, okay I'll support you goodluck on your new album I know it'll be a hit again. Fighting! P.S. I'll be busy starting tomorrow so I'm afraid I can't communicate with you guys often. Please do send love and support to me also <3 ] 

after I send my reply there's another message from Jimin! 

[Hello, sunbae/ noona. Are you texting Jungkook? He's weird again! Keke] 

I was just about to reply from Jimin's text when my manager suddenly appears. 

"IU-sshi we need to go. Are you eating? Okay just finish that let me just get your things first." I nod then he left bringing my bags. 

I hurriedly eat my dinner then wash it. There's no one going to stay here so I have to keep this apartment clean all the time. I don't know how long will I be there, I think I'm going to stay there for a week? 

"Oppa, how long will I be there?" I asked my manager he's now driving the car. 

"2 weeks I think? It depends on how long will you take the challenges." I just nod at what he said. So is this kind of survival show? 

"Is it going to be hard?" he just shrug. 

"I don't know, that show was just first aired last week so I still have no idea how that show runs." 

"Is it going to be like running man?" he shake his head. 

"Might be, but I heard it was more hard than running man maybe like laws of the jungle?" he said then laugh. I just make a face. Ah it's nonsense well I just need to be myself all the time. 

The shooting place is on Busan, so I expected it will be a long drive. In fact I think we're going to ride the KTX. Since it will be a long drive, I decided to sleep.
