Chapter 15 - I'm okay

JUNGKOOK POV

People may say that I'm strong, because they never saw me give up. People may say that I'm not that hard to beat because I didn't want them to see my weaknesses. 

Maybe for them it's okay because they thought that I can handle it without crying. Because they say that I'm good with everything. But no, I am also a human. I know how and when to stop. 

Stop, but not give up. Rest and start a new plan. I know my limits, and I think this is the part where I need to shut up and stand still. 

"It's been already agreed to the both company's. Now we just want your answers." manager continued. My hands are trembling, why am I being like this? 

"IU already gave her answer too." Ji-eun noona's manager said and look at her. She just bowed her head, not even stealing glances at us. 

"What is it? What's the plan?" Namjoon hyung said. The atmosphere here is killing me. 

"Since the paparazzi already gathered enough evidence to say that IU and Jimin is dating. We've now decided to agreed on their investigations too." my eyes went from a tiny dot to a full wide stare! How can this be-- 

"W-what? Why?" Jimin hyung ask and then he looked at me with concerned on his eyes. 

"There's nothing we can do. The pictures were all over the internet. Plus, the fact that you had a date with her last night and the pictures from it made your relationship revealed." manager explained to us. 

"But, Jungkook also uploaded pictures with Ji-eun noona! Doesn't it make him one of the options too?" Taehyung said, I sigh. 

"Yes we know, and the netizens loved it. It's just that those pictures did not click to the point whereas they will think that the two of them were dating." Ji-eun noona's manager explained. I just nod my head. 

"Earlier, you said that Ji-eun already gave her answer. What is it?" Suga hyung said. 

This is it, this is the part where I don't want to here everything. I feel like I just wanted to disappear or vanished completely and just come back when everything's fine. 

"She said..." manager said while looking at Ji-eun noona, who's been looking on the floor most of the time. 

"Yes." 

I bit my lips, trying to hide at least a single tear from my eyes that's been trying to escape. But I can't handle it. It suddenly fell and I immediately look through the windows and wipe my cheeks secretly. 

"What?!" 

"Are you sure about that?" 

I look at Ji-eun noona. Just look at me please, and everything will be okay. I will speak up and tell them I'm willing to do it instead of Jimin hyung. 

I don't know why I easily fell for you. I know that Jimin hyung didn't have that affection for her so I'm willing to do it. I will fight for it. Just one look, or even a glance. I will consider it a yes or a signal for me to fight for us... Just one look noona. That's what all I ask for. 

But instead of looking at me. She looked to our manager and tried to smile, even though it's hard for us to do it.
