We're about thirty minutes into our movie before I notice Natasha start to get bored. I only know because she keeps poking at my cheek or side to get my attention to entertain her. I want to finish this movie first though. We can do whatever she wants after.
"Elise," Natasha whines. She arches her neck down to rest her chin on my shoulder.
"What?" I ask without looking at her.
"Hi."
Breaking out into a smile, I look into her gleaming eyes. "Hi."
"It sucks on my part especially, but I have to go after this." She frowns adorably.
That doesn't surprise me because I knew she couldn't spend all day here again. She does have other priorities.
"Poor baby." I pinch her cheeks.
"Ow, no!" Natasha leans away and holds her cheeks to protect them. "You're like that annoying aunt who must pinch every cheek of her nieces' and nephews'."
"Good." I reach out to pinch her cheeks again but she grabs both of my hand to keep them away from herself. I try pushing further, but she just pushes against it. "Natasha!"
"What?" She smirks and surprises me by pulling my hands closer. She brings them around her neck, and I catch on what she's doing. I completely let her because soon her lips softly touch mine. It's a short kiss, but it has to be one of the best when she smiles into it. "How much time is left in the movie?" she whispers.
"Probably like an hour," I whisper back. I hold in my laugh from her cute antics.
"Want to go do something else for an hour instead of sitting on a couch and staring at a TV screen?"
"I don't know." I bite my lip as I put on my thinking face. "Sitting on this couch and staring at the TV is my favorite thing to do, like my all-time number one hobby."
"No, I'm serious." Natasha pokes at my sides, so I playfully smack her hands away.
"So am I."
She starts pouting.
"Okay." I give in literally half a second into her pouting. It's too adorable resist. I hold her face in my hands and smile. "What do you want to do?"
"How about... I take you on a little stroll?" She holds my wrists and rubs her thumb on the back of my hands.
"But it's cold out today." I frown.
"Then wear lots of layers." Natasha smirks.
I tilt my head and eye her skeptically. Would walking around in public with other people near us be worth it when I could keep her here and make out with her? I bite my lip. She doesn't want to stay here though.
"Fine," I give in.
"Yay, thank you." She leans in to give me a soft, breath-taking kiss. In a short time, she parts my lips and her tongue slightly slips into my mouth to graze against mine. It deepens seconds later when the inevitability of wanting to be closer to each other happens.
"You are very welcome," I say when she pulls away, feeling a bit flustered.
Now bundled up in a long-sleeved shirt and a jacket, we head out of my apartment. I keep my eyes on the leaves that have been turning beautiful colors for a short time now. I love autumn weather. It's always breath-taking and picture worthy in every single step you take. Seeing the colors on every tree will be something I will never get sick of.
"It's so pretty out," I comment, turning my head to look at her.
"It is." Natasha takes a quick look around at the trees I was admiring moments ago before locking eyes with me. A smile forms on her lips and she leans down to give me a gentle kiss. "Some beauty doesn't compare to others though."
