It was a beautiful day in Sinnoh. The Starly were soaring through the sky and a family of Buneary were frolicking through the wide Berlitz garden, where they were being watched by Platinum Berlitz. She sighed happily at the sight she woke up to every morning.
As she was admiring the scenery she heard the sound of a gun firing from downstairs and a scream. Platinum's eyes widened in horror as she sprinted down the many stairs in the mansion. Gulping nervously she opened the door that led to living room number 4.
The sight she saw almost made her want to yank her hair out.
They were playing Halo!?
She stormed across the carpet to stand in front of the TV, earning a few groans in protest. Not caring that she was still in pink Buneary slippers and a fluffy dressing gown, she got a good lecture ready in her head.
"DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW WORRIED I WAS?!" She bellowed. "Next time you're going to play a war game with realistic sound affects please warn me in advance!" She puffed her cheeks in annoyance, waiting for their response.
Dia and Pearl sat there, both wide eyed and trying to comprehend everything she just said. Pearl was the first to react; laughing his head off. Platinum's face was now completely red as she edged forward towards the blonde.
"I was worried."
He stopped laughing and smirked.
"Don't worry, next time we'll put headphones in." Dia smiled.
"Thank you!" Before she turned to leave she sheepishly sat down in between the two boys. "Hey.. How do you play this game anyway?"
Pearl took her hands, causing her cheeks to burst with blush, and placed the controller in her hands. He adjusted her fingers to all of the buttons and un paused the game. Diamond shot a convenant troop and Platinum followed suit. This was kinda fun!
"Well down, you're not half bad." Pearl winked. Platinum slyly returned the favour by quickly kissing him full on the lips and then returned to the game.
She looked at her playable character.
'Ya know what Chief Commander? Even after all that worrying, it was all worth it.'
