🌜Hello readers! Sorry I was gone for a few days, but the holidays and such just took a toll on me. Song fits in well I believe! Please enjoy.🌛

•••••••••••••••••••••• UNKNOWN POV •••••••••••••••••

I can feel the blood running down my face and soaking my shirt, but I don't give it a second thought. I know I'm not alone, there are others around, and this is MY territory. I can smell several like myself, blood spiced with something inhuman, and then there are many with a deep dark scent. It smells like earth mixed with the darkness of the night.

Then there are these scents that remind me of an animal, feral and untamed, but there's also this amazing and intoxicating smell, like nothing to have crossed me before. Though sadly that isn't saying much, I don't know who or rather what I am, not anymore. I crave death and misery but above all else I crave blood. Human blood, the one and only thing to control my thoughts, until now.

I have walked for quite some time before I become aware that I am even moving. It's as though my body is on autopilot, as though even if my brain doesn't know what is happening it does. After a short time I realize I'm moving towards the scents as they are getting stronger, almost erasing all the scents of nature.

When I feel as if I'm close enough I drop down to my haunches and quietly creep my way through the trees. I can smell many creatures around me, but they seem unaware of me. They appear to be to caught up in preparations of some kind, and I easily move past them, and in turn move closer to the scent that catches my attention.

I'm so tuned in to the scent that I don't notice the large canines circling me, until I was surrounded. As a growl rips from the throat of an overly large red wolf I snap back and come to terms with the fact that I'm left with only one option of survival, fighting.

A feral snarl tears from my throat as I give control over to the monster within. I lunge forward, an my hands close themselves around the throat of the brown wolf in front of me. I squeeze with everything I have, only releasing when the bones in its neck are crushed. The body drops limply to the ground just as a second, tan in color, wolf leaps for me. I throw my hands up and catch it easily by its open jaws. As I pull its mouth open, effectively breaking its jaw, I feel a third wolf latch onto my thigh with its large jaws.

It presses its teeth deeper into my flesh as I pull the jaws of the tan wolf in my hands further apart, trying to rip its jaw clean from its body. The pain in my thigh is nothing to me, easily ignored as I keep pulling as the tan wolf struggles to escape my grasp. Just when I think I have it, my left arm is hit with a slightly deeper pain. When I turn slightly to look, I see a deep black scorch mark covering the lower part of my arm just below my elbow.

When I look up I see a small human, no not human I realize as I catch his scent, standing no more than twenty feet away from me. His hair is long and almost white, and standing defensively around him are several others. To either side are tall men, one very light skinned with long black hair, the other tanned with messy black hair. Slightly behind is another, tallish but as tall as myself, with shorter black hair, styled to perfection and deep black eyeliner rimming his sapphire eyes.

Behind him stood a human, with several weapons drawn and ready, beside him stood a dark skinned man, with hooded eyes and a scent I couldn't place. Next to him was a man covered in bright tattoos, and fire in his hands. What really caught my attention was that next to him was a man, blonde and gorgeous. He was well built, though smaller than my own tall and muscled frame, blue eyes that were truly stunning, but what really captivated me was his scent.

It was the one that lead me here, and all I could think of was getting closer to it. I drop the wolf clutched in my hands and move forward, only to be pushed back by an unseen force. I step forward once again, only to have the same thing happen. Behind me I can hear the wolves shuffling, moving into position until they are three deep fully around me.
