Chapter 6- come at me jj

Jane's pov:
I wake up and wash my face, putting on a oversized jumper after I put my hair up in a bun, look at myself in the mirror and decide against shorts, leaving my room in just the jumper. I head downstairs to the kitchen and start cooking food, knowing that the others won't be up yet. 'Why are you up?' Harry mind links me 'nightmare, also how do you know I'm up?' I mind link back as I look around the room 'I can smell you from up here' he says (I'm sorry, I had to put one Morgan freeman quote in this book) 'sounds a bit creepy but I know what you meant, come down and get food if you want to eat' I say back, I hear his door open and close as he comes down for food "you look cute" he says from behind me, I hear him give off a little wolf call and laugh "your going to make me blush" I whine "well it's true" he whispers in my ear as he gently places his hands on my shoulders, my face starts to turn pink and I cover my cheeks with my hands "awww come on" Harry says as he tries to pry my fingers away, I smile as I bury myself into his chest, hugging him tightly "maybe we should wake everyone up" I say, Harry laughs and grabs our plates as we head to the couch "fine but you and me are going to the game room later, I still have to rematch you from yesterday" he says as we sit, he gets ready to yell into the house but I stop him by covering his mouth "lemme get JJ back first" I say, he smirks and nods. 'WAKE UP JJ!!!' I mind link him "OH FUCKING HELL!!!" He screams out loud, a loud thump being heard afterwards, I burst out in laughter and Harry yells to the others "FOODS READY!". I snuggle into his chest as I hear multiple feet come downstairs "morning princess" dad says as he kisses my cheek from behind then goes to get food "morning dad" I reply "mornnniiinnnggggg" Lachlan says as he leans over my shoulder "go eat you doof" I reply as I smack his head "BESTIES" Tobi yells as he flops on top of me and Harry "why do you always act like a child in the morning?" I ask, he smacks my cheek lightly and I laugh "cause I missed my besties" he replies as he gets off "anyways what's happening today?" I ask no one In particular as I stretch a bit "today no one is doing anything but tomorrow we get to work, and you're going to be on lookout with Vik and Lachlan, you'll change everyday since you're all-rounded" josh says "morning josh, you're not going to get me" I say as I lean back to face him "ok I'll stop trying then" he chuckles, almost everyone sits on the couch and I look around for JJ "WHERE IS SHE!!" I hear him shout as he enters the living room, I giggle and shrink into Harry's side as JJ grabs his plate "that's payback for yesterday JJ" I say, he sits down and gives me a playful glare "just you wait until I'm finished" he says making me roll my eyes "was that you falling on the floor earlier?" Harry asks, JJ nods grumpily and everyone laughs "only because she mind linked me while I was sleeping, yelling at me to wake up" he adds. After we all calm down from laughing I grab mine and Harry's plate, going towards the sink to wash them. "Are you sure it was a good idea to scare JJ like that?" Lachlan says from behind me, making me jump "eh what's the best he could do" I reply, Lachlan laughs from beside me and I start drying mine and Harry's stuff "you know he's going to make you sort it out by play fighting, and he's our best fighter" Lachlan says "awww is Lachy dachy worried about his little cousin"I tease him "Oi shut up, not my fault you don't know how he attacks, I'm just looking out for you" he replies as he flicks water at my face "ewwww Lachlan!!!" I say as I wipe it off, he laughs and we walk back into the living room "wait where'd JJ go?" I ask as I notice JJ's spot empty, I get tackled from behind and turn to see JJ as a wolf "you wanna go mate? Let's do this outside so we don't break anything" I say getting up, I jog outside and shift as I jump out of the door, I walk along the grass, with JJ by my side as Harry and the rest of them come out the door "be careful you two" josh warns 'we'll be fine alpha' I mind link him and he nods to me "show him what you got Jane" my dad cheers me on, I yap at JJ and get into a play stance, he gets ready too and we both look at josh for a countdown "3...2...1...go!" He says in his alpha voice, I see JJ come in for a pounce and I move to the side, dodging him "yes Jane!!!"my family cheers, I turn and circle JJ, my ears pointed up and outwards and my tongue poking out of my mouth. He gets back up and I pounce onto him, making sure my claws aren't out, we wrestle for a bit but I end up flipping him over, I quickly get off him and teasingly prance away, I see him get up again and chase after me, I turn at the last minute and he stops, we stare each other down for a minute until I try to pounce on him again, he dodges me and I skid to a stop, dirt flying all over the place. "Get up Jane!!" Lachlan shouts, I turn around but am instantly flipped over by JJ as we start rolling around, he gets me on my back and I can sense him smiling, I quickly roll us over and run away again. "Come on JJ!! Show her your skills!! 360 no scope her bruh!!" Simon cheers JJ on, I turn to him confused and see JJ pounce at me thinking that I'm not paying attention, I lie on the ground at the last minute and he flies over me making everyone laugh, I pounce onto him while his down and we start wrestling again. He gets me on my back again and holds my snout "and JJ wins!!" Josh announces, I gently push JJ off me and get up as my family run over to me "you were amazing Jane, you'll get him next time" rob says and I feel a hand scratch the back on my ear, I turn my head a bit to see dad smiling down at me "I'm proud of you" he says smiling as he continues scratching my ears, I roll onto the floor and give a short low growl which makes them all laugh. Dad moves his hand away and I get back up, shifting afterwards then hugging everyone "I'll get you back one day JJ, and trust me, I'll beat you" I say as JJ and the rest of the pack head our way "sure you will" he replies as he slings an arm around my shoulders "but truth be told you actually done amazingly well, Harry couldn't even last a minute last time we went" he adds "Oi that was ages ago!! Stop trying to make me seem weak in front of my girlfriend" Harry says from behind us "don't worry babe, next time me a JJ do this, I'll be fighting for the both of us" I say over my shoulder. Harry jogs up from behind us and picks me up "you better not drop me" I whisper in his ear as I lean my head over his shoulder "I won't let go" he whispers back "this isn't the titanic" I say louder a bit, everyone laughs but Harry mumbles something in my ear that makes me blush wildly "it may not be titanic just yet, but just wait and maybe your wish will come true". It stays in my head as I rematch harry, watch movies with him in his room and eat food with the whole pack. As the day ends I hop into bed "not only are you beautiful during the day, but also when your getting ready to sleep" harry says, smirking from my doorway "you're making me blush again" I say as it sit up, he comes over and sits on the side of my bed "I forgot to say goodnight" he says, my eyes turn a dark hazel as I look into his eyes "well maybe we should say goodnight now" I say, he smile 'please just kiss him already!!' Jael says.

Harry's pov:
'Mate kiss her!' Hurley says as me and Jane stare into each other's eyes "I don't want to say goodnight though" I reply to her, I see her eyes change colour and I smile as I think of what it would be like to kiss her.

Jane's pov:
"That's good, cause I don't want to either" I say, I hop out of bed and shift into a wolf 'shift with me' I mind link harry, he shifts and I entwine my tail with his 'wanna go for a walk?' He asks 'beach?' I reply 'no better place' he says, we head off towards the beach, our tails staying together as we make our way there. As we come out of the trees we slow down, letting our paws get used to the sand, we lay down side by side. 'I never met such an amazing person who stole my heart so quickly' Harry mind links me as he licks my front paw and rests his on mine 'shhhh, just let it happen' I reply as I lick his cheek, he moves close and we snuggle together, protecting each other from the wind. 'Let's go play in the water' I say getting up and walking backwards towards the water 'sure' he replies as he gets up and chases me, I turn and run along the water, Harry right behind me. I feel his paw touch my tail and I spin around, letting him collide with me, we fall into the sand and stare at each other as the waves slide under us, I lick his nose and shift back, smiling at him as he buries his head into my neck, he shifts back and I roll us both over. "I love you" I whisper as I look into his eyes, we both smile at the same time and our chests move in sync, I close my eyes and start to lean forward, hoping he kisses back. Our lips meet and he doesn't kiss back for a few seconds, I get confused and pull back, holding my breath as I wait for him to speak "it's usually the man that kisses first you know?" He says with a smirk, he pulls me back down and our lips crash together, I close my eyes as we kiss, loving how gentle he is right now, he flips us over and we continue kissing for a bit. When we finish he rolls off of me "I love you too" he whispers back, I feel him sit up and turn to me so I do the same "jane, I was just wondering so I could just know, but do you want to go slow with this relationship?" He asks 'tell him you'll let him know when your ready' jael says to me "I know what your trying to ask, and I'll tell you when I'm ready for you to mark me, and when you do, just know that I don't want to finish the ritual until I'm married to the love of my life" I say, he smiles and kisses me again, the waves messing our hair up. "Come on its cold, lets go home" I say as I pull away.
