Chapter 4: tear stains

Ian's POV:

The second those words slipped out of Wanda's mouth, I didn't think. I just reacted. Honestly I didn't know what to feel. Hurt. Betrayed. Used. My sweet Wanda had been cheating on me. That's all she was, a cheater.

She was now next to Jared, crying.

"How could you? After all we've been through. I trusted you. And for you Howe, you were my best friend. I thought more of you than this." I said furious.

"Ian, we were drunk. Not aware of what had happened. It was one big mistake. I'm not in love with Jared. I love you. Only you. You saved me. You made me human. And if there is one thing you've taught me about humans, is that they make mistakes. We're all imperfect. I was pregnant way before we were married. I wouldn't have married you if I didn't want you to take care of the child. Ian I need you. Please forgive me." She says crying.

What I say next surprises everyone. Including me.

"Save it Wanda. You're nothing but a whore. I wish we never put you in that, body. You should've just died and done us all a favor. And as for the child, I don't want anything to do with it." And then I storm out.

I screwed up. Those words should have never been said. I was hurt. She's not a whore. She's amazing. The best thing that's ever happened. I let all of that go.

I start punching the wall. I hit it so hard it bleeds. So I head to Doc's. Not sure of what to do next.

Jared's POV

Ian has hit rock bottom. I knew he wouldn't take that well but the way he reacted was nothing as to what I expected.

Wanda was on the floor. Crying so hard it kept making her throw up.

I pulled her hair back and rubbed her back.

" Wanda you're not alone. I'm here. Melanie is here. We're all here for you. Ian is just hurt. He'll come through eventually. "

"And what if he doesn't?"

"Then I'll be here. Wanda look at me. I love you."

And then I. Surprise the both of us. I put my lips to hers and kiss her.

unfortunately we weren't alone. Melanie was standing in the doorway.

Before I start with this A/N I just wanna thank every single one of you for reading my story! I hit one thousand reads! I know that it's not a lot but I never actually expected to get this far. It is really appreciated!

So I know this isn't a long update but it's better then nothing. Also if you have seen The Host movie then you know who the characters are. Well I found out the girl who plays Wanda's new body,Emily Browning, was dating the guy who played Jared, Max irons. Crazy right?!?!
