You had always hated vampires, even as a little kid. You were raised by vampire hunters and taught about their twisted ways. They told you vampires were monsters that killed anyone and everyone they could. The only feeling they felt was bloodlust. Until the age of five, you doubted what you were told about them. Who could be that bad? They were just misunderstood. Well, that all changed one night.

"Come on!" The boy giggled. "Come play with me."

"I can't." You replied.

"Why?" He questioned.

"I'm not allowed to play with vampires." You replied.

"Eh?! Why not?" He ask.

"I'm supposed to be a hunter." You sighed. You looked away sadly. "I'm supposed to hunt your kind."

"You don't have to, you know." The boy said. You looked back up at him in suprise. "You can come with me."

"What?" You ask, eyes widening.

"Come live with me and my family. Join us and we can play together forever!" He cheered. He pointed towards the window. "Come through the window."

"B-But (mommy/daddy/uncle/aunt/etc.) will be sad if I leave." You hesitated. "I'm the only kid."

He paused and thought for a moment before smiling again.

"You can visit them and show them that vampires and humans can get along." The boy said.

"O-Okay. Let me get my bag." You reply, running off to gather your things.

(Small Time Skip)

The two of you played tag and chased each other around till you came to a stop. He panted for a moment before turning towards you, pulling you closer by your arm. He brought the limb to him mouth and licked the skin. You shiver and tried to pull your arm back.

"What are you doing!?" You questioned, frightened by the sudden change.

"I'm going to make were we can play together forever." He muttered. "This'll only hurt a bit."

He bit down on the sensitive flesh and your eyes closed tightly.

"A-AHH!" You cried out, ripping your arm out of his grasp.
