Chapter Three: Wolfies

Blusie's P.O.V

When I finally woke up, I smelt a chemical type smell.

The School.

I look over and see Pearl in the cage beside mine. On the other side of me is another cage.

I heard the creaking of the door and turned to see Ari march in. Following him was a woman scientist.

He came to my cage and smiled, "Thought you could escape, did you?"

I whimpered as he opened my cage door. Pressing against the back of my cage, I tried to kick him. I missed and he grabbed my foot.

"Noooo!!!" I yelled.

He continued to pull me from my cage and succeeded, grabbing both my wrists.

"Blusie!" Pearl screamed, as Ari pushed me toward the door.

Ari continued to drag me across the floor, despite my loud protest.

The woman scientist talked about 'subject 22' repeatedly, saying things about testing.

It took me a moment to realize she was talking about me.

After pushing me through many doors, we stepped out into a fenced in yard.

I gasped at how hot it was.

The woman scientist looked down at her clipboard, then took out a square box from her lab coat pocket.

She began taking into the box, "Send out the Lupin-human hybrids I requested. Thank you."

Suddenly, a group of men came out of the door.

"Hey, little piggy, we're gonna play a little game," one snared.

Another popped his knuckles, "I'll give you a hint, you're the piggy and we're the big bad wolves."

My eyes widened as the woman walked toward me.

"Come here, Subject 22," she said, holding a black cuff in her hand.

I shook my head and mumbled, "I'm not your subject, I'm a person."

The scientist looked confused, "You can talk..."

I nodded and took a few steps back, "And my names Blusie, not 'Subject 22.'"

The scientist waved over one of the men, "It won't put on the cuff," she told him.

The man began morphing into a wolf.

Startled, I ran toward the woman.

She smiled and grabbed my arm, pulling the black cuff over my wrist.

I winced and the woman went back inside.

Whats happening?

I asked myself, as the men began morphing into wolves.

Oh no!

One of the wolf men snared and showed sharp fangs in his mouth.

"Better run, little piggy," one said, snapping his jaw.

"AHHHHHHH!!!!" I screamed, when one lunged at me.

The biggest one, Ari, growled and ran toward me.

Running the other direction, I tripped over a rock and crashed into the ground.

"Why don't you try flying, freak!"

My eyes widen at the thought of flying.

No way!

Ari continued to chase me and another wolfy hybrid ran in front of me and blocked my path.

I looked down and saw that instead of the pajamas I was wearing earlier, I was wearing a white gown.

Where's my pretty pajamas?

I was snapped out of the thought when pain exploded on my forehead.

Screaming in agony, I tried to kick the wolfy in front of me.

I managed to hit is side and he laughed, "Was that suppose to hurt?"

Taking a shaky breath, I snapped out my 10 feet of feathers and flew straight up.

I hovered over the wolfies and stuck out my tongue.

The door opened and a group of scientists entered the yard.

One shouted, "Ari, its time!"

Ari smiled and walked back in the building with three scientists and one wolfy.

The remaining scientists yelled at the wolfies that the test was over.

Grateful, I fell to the ground.

The lead scientists shook his head, "Why don't you wait right here, Subject 22."

I nodded and retracted my open wings, sitting on the grass.

A few minutes later, Ari came back with a bunch of people in cages.

In the cages were, one boy and three girls.

The boy had long black hair. The oldest girl had brown hair and the small had blonde. The other girl was dark and had dark brown hair.

Ari then throw the oldest girls cage into the second girls.

After a lot of shouting, one girl and the boy were free.
