"Hm this Y/n? It's something I got you! You have to promise me to never take it off though, it's very important to the family ok?" He said sternly
I nodded frantically

"This is for me!?" I exclaimed
He nodded and got a small chain,"your fingers are too small to wear it so I'll put it on a chain ok?"
"Hai!"
He laughed and put the chain around my neck , " Y/n since I'm leaving for Exorcist training I need you to do a favor for me."

"You know why I gave that ring to you?" He asked
I shook my head a sniffled
"It's called a promise ring, I here by promise that we will see each other again. And you know I never break a promise ."
I hugged him, burying my face into his coat. He hugged back firmly .
"Goodbye Y/n I love you!" He yelled out the car window
I tear rolled down my cheek as I smiled sadly.
I didn't know I wouldn't smile for the next few years after the blue night. Not after he killed my brother.
