Nathaniel:

I just walk into the booth. No guards are anywhere. I am three feet away from them. So close, yet so far.

Nathaniel. I hear Azun's voice in the back of my mind. If anyone is ever bothering you, just give them all you got. Punches, kicks, bites and scratches. Then Azun showed me a spot on the neck to cut where you make disable the entire body by cutting a major nerve. I never understood nerves and all that stuff, until this very moment I have never used that information.

I draw out my cross bow, breaking the bow part from the trigger, dropping the handle onto the floor. I attach an arrow to the string and pull the feathers back to my cheek. The bow and arrow are my strongest strength in the weapon category, I have trained since I was seven to use this skillful weapon. I aim the arrow at Jeff's black hair.

He looks the same to me. He looks just like everyone else. Black hair in a greasy ponytail, a bare chest with tattoos across his arm. Besides him sits Pheven. He looks identical to Jeff. Almost as if they were brothers. Oh my! They are brothers! Just like Azun and I. I can't separate brothers or kill them both. That would be horrible of me to do. They must have a family, sister's and brothers, a father and mother. They are a family. I can not separate a family. I am not a killer. This is not who I am.

I release my hand from the strings. Forgetting about the arrow. The arrows flies, I gasp I I realize that is happening. The arrow hits Jeff in the back of the head. I have just killed a person. My victim falls against the edge of the balcony and the crowd gasps with me below.

"Murderer!" Pheven yells, pointing at me.

I don't hesitate for a second, I shoot another arrow, hitting him in the leg, he trips and falls over the edge and into the crowd below.

I follow him on foot, jumping to the stage where Magistrate waits for me. I hit the ground in a thug, I feel my leg break. I scream out in pain as I examine the damage. Magistrate rushes to me, trying to help me up. He pulls out a ribbon from his pocket as I push my leg into a normal position. I bite my tongue so I don't scream anymore then I already do, pain shocks my body and I continue to push.

"Heal, Seal and maintain." I mutter through tears. I feel the bone mend together under my skin, leaving a faint scar.

"Let's go." Magistrate throws my arm over his shoulder to help me stand. He moves the ribbons around us as we disappear into the night in a millisecond.

Leaving nothing but a ribbon piled on stage.
