Faith

I smiled at my reflection, my white long hair was now in a fancy braid. My my makeup was spot on, along with Enzo that was actually my bracket.

So your wearing that necklace? I nodded for him, feeling his warmth around my wrist.

"Of course. I found it, and if I see him. . . I might give it to him in person." Honestly, I was nervous because one of my mates are from the Dark World, and the other, well, I don't know.

Okay, but be careful. I do have a bad feeling about tonight. I rolled my eyes.

"You always do Enzo."

"Faith! Come on, mom and dad, and the rest of the pack is ready." Hollered Virgil. I gave myself one more look before rushing out of my room to see my brother in the same color as me. "Whoa, you look amazing." I blushed, and shoved him.

"Same to you brother." I winked, which he smirked, but for some reason it looked fake.

We walked down stairs to see a lot of the pack members in gowns and tuxedos. What was odd was that they stayed further away from mom and dad who just smiled and waited.

Suddenly mom looked up, probably sensing us. "You both look lovely." She said which we agreed in a sassy way.

"Thanks, where's Alpha Scott?" I asked as I glance around.

"Oh, he went to get Chloe. He looked very excited, but I have to say. He has a large scar on his back when I came to the infirmary to see if anyone was injured." That's when moms deadly glare turns towards Virgil who who immediately looked away. "Son, please explain why your grandpa just recently told me that you shifted in front of these good people?"

Dad shook his head in disbelief. "I've been wondering why everyone is staying away from us. You know your mother and I are always busy. We were hoping you two would be mature while we're doing our work as God's"

"Blame Virgil. He's the one that went berserk." I said as I crossed my arms.

"Excuse me? I had to sister or Chloe would be a doormat to the new pack members! Scott also challenge me, I can't say no." Virgil and I glared at each other. "What about you sister. You left the house and came back wounded."

"Faith? What's he talking about." I glared at my brother harder, feeling my brother challenging me.

"I told you! I was ambushed by rogues, and I got a few few scratches!" The atmosphere was cold, the room was cold, but I was hot. "And I took care of it!"
