We sat on the train and Draco talked to these two boys we met Crabbe and Goyle. My father dropped me off at King Cross watched me board the train and then had to hurry and get to Hogwarts.
I watched out the window as everything went by so quickly. I wasn't sure how long we had been on the train I just know I fell asleep on Draco's shoulder.
"Sammie we are here," Draco said shaking me.
After I wake up from even a nap I don't talk for at least ten minutes and Draco knew that only because I had lived with him for about two years.
I nodded and stood up grabbing my trunk and following Draco off the train.
"First years this way" a big hairy man yelled.
I didn't know him in the time I spent here I only knew a few teachers.
Draco and I got a boat together as there were only about two to three to a boat.
I looked around the castle looked simply amazing I was amazed to finally become a student here.
"How do you suppose the other kids get to the castle?" I asked Draco.
"Not sure honestly maybe they walk," he said.
"That would be a long walk Draco. You would have to give me a piggyback ride" I said with a smirk.
"You're crazy Sam truly crazy," he said laughing.
"Remember the pound," I asked.
"Yeah, when I pushed you in?" He asked.
"Yeah and I was in my favorite outfit," I said.
"My mom was livid" Draco laughed.
"Yeah because she had just got me ready for that dumb party," I said.
"Yeah, how was I supposed to know that" he said.
"She told us not to mess around while she got ready," I said shrugging.
"Yeah well we were five," he said.
"And we were rotten," I said.
"Yeah we were," he said as we made it to the castle. He jumped out helping me off the boat.
We have grown up with each other and we picked up bad habits from each other but we also picked up good habits.
"This way first years," the big hairy man said.
We all followed the man to the hallway just outside of the great hall.
"This is where I leave you guys McGonagall will be here momentarily," the man said before leaving.
"So it's true what I heard on the train? Harry Potter has come to Hogwarts" Draco said as he leaned up against the wall.
He looked nervous the Potter boy.
"That's Crabbe and Goyle and this is..." he started.
