"So I walked in there and he turned around and said it's almost Christmas I'll let you stay with the other kids in your house," I said to Draco as we sat in the empty common room.

"About time. When do you think you will be able to stay in the common room for sure?" he asked.

"In the spring," I said.

"Okay so clearly no more sneaking out" Draco laughed

"Right. So where are Crabbe and Goyle?" I asked looking around the common room.

"Good question. Let's go find them" Draco said standing up and dragging me off the couch and out into the corridor.

As soon as we got around the corner we found Crabbe and Goyle talking to Percy.

"Crabbe! Goyle! Where were you two? Pigging out in the great hall no doubt" Draco said as he shook his head.

"Why are you wearing glasses?" Draco asked Goyle.

"Oh um, reading," Goyle said as he took them off.

"Reading?" Draco asked.

Goyle nodded. Something didn't seem right at all.

"Huh weird I didn't know you could read. And what are you doing down here Weasley?" Draco said looking away from Goyle and looking at Percy.

"Mind your attitude, Malfoy" Percy said.

Draco grabbed my arm and started back to the common room. Once inside I sat down on the couch and Draco sat on the same couch with his feet on my lap. Crabbe and Goyle remained standing.

"Well sit down," I said watching as they sat on the other couch.

"You'd never know the Weasleys were Purebloods, the way they behave. They're an embarrassment to the wizarding world. All of them" Draco said.

Crabbe suddenly got angry making a fist in his lap. I shook my head and bit my lip. I disagreed the Weasleys were great. The oldest Weasley was the first Pureblood wizard I met other than the Malfoy family. Like I've said before Bill Weasley was my friend when he was here. The Weasleys weren't all that bad. The twins are super funny Percy and well he's a bit uptight and Ron and Ginny are like me really if you know what I mean.  I of course wasn't going to show that I disagreed with Draco.

"What's with you, Crabbe?" Draco asked.

"er... um stomachache from all the sweets you know" Crabbe said.

"Anyways I'm surprised that the Daily Prophet hasn't reported on all these attacks. My guess is Dumbledore is trying to hush it all up. My father always did tell me that Dumbledore was the worst thing that ever happened to this place" Draco said looking at the boys across from us.

"You're wrong!" Goyle yelled.

Draco took his feet off my lap and sat on the edge of the couch.

"Excuse me? Do you think there's someone here that's worse than Dumbledore?" Draco asked.

Crabbe and Goyle looked nervously at each other.
