'Surprise,' he said.

He stretched his hands, asking for a hug. I raised my right hand up and the tips of his mouth turned upwards.

Slap.

I gave him one tight slap. They all gasped in horror. Zayn was silent and tears welled up in his eyes.

Before I knew it, I flung myself at him and hugged him. He put his hands around my waist and embraced me. I missed him so much. Tears rolled down my cheeks as I felt his heat against me. He moved back and kissed me. My hand moved to his hair and I ruffled it. He kissed me so passionately and the 3 days that we had missed together felt like forever.

'I love you so much Perrie,'

'I love you too,'

We said in between kisses.

'You guys are blocking the way,' Niall said.

And they were right. We were standing at the door. We pulled back and smiled at each other. He took my hand and we walked into the apartment.

'How do you like your little surprise Perrie?' Chelsea asked.

'But how? How'd they know?' I asked, slightly confused.

'You know how yesterday day night you had a nightmare and wanted Zayn? Immediately after that, I used your phone to get his number and texted him. Hopw you're not upset,' Beth said.

'Upset? Beth! I've never been more glad that someone took my phone!' I exclaimed, giving both Chelsea and Beth a big hug.

'Perrie, can we talk?' Zayn asked.

'Yeah, of course. Let's go to the room,' I said.

'Have fun!' Niall shouted cheekily.

'Shut up Niall!' Zayn shouted back.

'Perrie, please give me a chance to explain. That girl,' Zayn started but I cut him off.

'Promise me you'll tell the truth,' I said as I squeezed his hand.

'I promise Perrie.  I would never lie to you. And as I was saying, that girl. Her name is Lottie. Lottie Tomlinson,' he said, pausing as though waiting for an answer.

Tomlinson. Lottie Tomlinson. Louis Tomlinson.

'Tomlinson? As in Louis Tomlinson, Tomlinson?' I asked, my eyebrows scrunching.

'Yes. She's Louis's younger sister,' he replied.

It was like a blow to the head. He kissed Louis's younger sister.

'Continue,' I said flatly.

'She's my ex-girlfriend. I broke up with her 2 months ago. She found out our address through Louis and she just appeared at our door on Monday. She said she wanted to get back with me. And then I told her about you and she asked for one last kiss. And I had to give it to her. I'm sorry for not telling you about her. I really am,' he said.

It took me a minute to take everything in.

'I should have let you explain earlier,' I said and I really meant it.

'If I were you, I would have done the same. It's okay,' he said kissing my forehead.

'There's something I don't get. Louis only mentioned that she was your ex-girlfriend. Not that she was his sister. Do you know why?' I asked.

'Honestly, I don't know. Maybe he thought that it wasn't necessary information,' he replied.

'Yeah maybe. Let's join them in the living room,' I said and smiled. Something's up with Louis. I could feel it in my bones.
