If a bird chewed a worm up and fed it to me like it would its children, that would've tasted ten times better than the potion. The potion was bitter, sour, and regret all mixed up into one. How Adrianna wasn't even phased by the taste was beyond me. It was like she drank the potion several times before. I was tempted to somehow burn my taste buds to get the taste out of my mouth.

"Stop being a baby. Grab my hand we need to teleport again." Once again, Adrianna didn't give me time before snatching my hand. She repeated the same words and we were instantly in a clearing before a forest with abnormally large trees. They were a few miles high! You'd have to be in air plane just to see the tops.

"Wow." Was all I could mutter.

Adrianna rolled her eyes. "It's a camouflage spell which means no snow to help hide us. The spell was used to hide Andromache's tree. Andromache's tree is a few feet taller than the illusion but when you're a tall tree among tall trees nobody's going to look twice. Now stop acting like you've never seen a tree before and let's go." Adrianna walked into the forest without waiting for me.

I walked into the forest after her. Ten minutes of silence had passed. It was filled with Adrianna keep in her distance and me thinking to myself. Even though she kept her distance she was never out of eye sight. A small wind passed over us. At first I thought nothing of it but once the lightheadedness came I realized I was in a world of hurt if Adrianna didn't catch me. I managed to call out her name before I fell down and everything went black.

I was staring at a past version of myself being yelled at by Constance in our old house. What I got out of the yelling was that our parents were murdered by a demon not too long ago in the vision. Apparently I was there and Constance was somewhere else ignorant to what was going on at the time. Constance was yelling at me because he blamed me for not protecting our parents.

"How could you let them die?" Constance shouted in my face. I just stood there and took the verbal abuse. By the look in my eyes I could see that I was numb. I didn't have the strength to speak. I simply stared at the ground. Kira came running down the stairs. Surprisingly Kira was strong enough to pull Constance away from me. Constance had some build to him so I was a little taken back when Kira was able to pull him aside like he weighed nothing.

Kira cupped my face in her hands. "Don't listen to him, he's just mad at the situation. He's not mad you." She tried to console me.

"Of course I'm mad at him! He did nothing to stop Abraxas from killing our parents! It's his fault they're dead!" Constance blamed me for our parent's death. There wasn't a doubt in my mind that that was why we stopped talking.

That was also the moment where Kira snapped and smacked the life out of Constance. The instant her hand left his face I could see the light red hand print on Constance's face. Somehow the impact of her blow devoured Constance's face even though her hand wasn't big enough to cover his face.

"August come on we're leaving." Kira said guiding me upstairs. Constance was left standing alone looking incredulous.

I woke up with a powerful headache. When I opened my eye the first thing I saw was the night sky and the brilliantly shining stars. The pain from the headache traveled to my eyes forcing me to close them tight. I was laid out on my back, obviously Adrianna didn't catch me. So I landed on my head which caused my headache. I slowly sat up, sudden movement would've doubled my headache. I opened my eyes to see Adrianna leaning on a tree by herself, just watching me.

"Finally, now you can stop wasting our time. Get up so we can go." Adrianna rudely rushed me.

"Oh my dear witch," An invisible male voice said. "Are we in a rush?" The source of the voice made itself noticeable. A man stood in the open space between me and Adrianna.
