Unexpected events and visits?!

A,N: Well here is the next chapter. It is a little different than the original. Just so you are warned. A lot of stuff happens, so beware. Have fun reading it though. Please comment on what you think of this chapter.

Normal p.o.v.

A lot of things then happened. The duel carnival continued. Yuma and Tori ended up on the desert field, but because they had been driving into so many traps Yuma only had only 100 life points left. On this field he found Nistro and they began of course dueling. Yuma was hesitating at first. After all those other duels he had been witnessing, made him actually a little scared. The duel with Vetrix and Dextra, Quinton and Kite's duel, Shark and Quattro's duel and Zaira and Grace's duel, had been epic but also risky and dangerous. However, after Nistro gave him some few pushes, like giving him pity points as Yuma calls it and restored his life points to 4000, Yuma finally dueled like his regular self, and gave Nistro that epic duel he wanted. Yuma also won that one. Even though Nistro lost, he was satisfied and even gave Yuma his Xyz monster "Heroic challenger excalibur". He said it was an reminder for him to give his all in the future duels he was having. Yuma promised him on that. Soon he left the field after he remembered to get an annoying cranky Tori, who he had left behind at the desert field's inn. He was totally feeling the flow and drove home. The restly competition soon ended and the restly finals was held at the stadium next day.

Astral's P.o.v.

In the evening at Yuma's house.

"Cheers Yuma! Zaira! You two are the cats meow" Cathy said and was holding up a glass with orange soda to give a toast to the two finalists.

Astral was floating beside Yuma and was watching this whole celebration going on. Apparently Humans celebrated when something good happened. Like Zaira and Yuma advancing to the finals in the WDC. Bronk and Flip grinned as well. Beside Yuma, Zaira and their family, the house was filled with Yuma's usual crew of Tori, Cathy, Flip, Bronk and Caswell. They were all slamming their glass together in a quick toast.

"They are both good duelists too" Flip then said.

"And semi finalists" Bronk added.

"We are sure at least one of you will be champion" Caswell then said and grinned.

"I vote for Zaira!" Tori said in an annoyed tone.

Astral looked over at Zaira. She was sitting on one of the chairs and had closed eyes. She looked annoyed. Astral heard rumors about that she had a really bad temper for some reason this evening. She hadn't said a word or joined the others in celebration. Astral wondered why. This party was as much hers as it was Yuma's. The others didn't noticed the difference though. They figured it was Zaira's shut out everyone else mode. She did that once in a while when people were to close to her, or embarrassed her in something. However Astral was not sure that was the case this time.

"What's the matter Tori?" Yuma then said and looked at Tori.

She was just as annoyed as Zaira was this evening. Astral sighed. She was still ticked off because Yuma forgot to get her at the desert field. Something Cathy pointed out with joy.

"I am sorry I forgot you, but I was doing important stuff" Yuma then said.

"So I am not important!" Tori yelled and shook Yuma like hell.

The others began laughing. Astral noticed again that Zaira wasn't doing anything, and decided to pay her a little visit. He flew over to her.

"Zaira are you okay? You are not as energized as the others. They say this is your party and because of that, I figured you would me more cheerful". Zaira opened slowly her eyes and smiled a tiny smile at him.
