Adopted (a Fall Out Boy/Pete Wentz fan fic)

Chapter 1

Pete's pov

I walked out of the studio Patrick following me. I can't believe they think I'm too reckless and need to adopted a kid!

Patrick stopped me and turned me around saying, "Bro. Calm down. You need to adopt a kid. There's no option there. Just get someone who just turned 16 or 17. Or who's turning 18 soon."

I ran a hand through my hair saying, "Fine. But you're coming with me to help pick one."

Patrick chuckled before saying, "Yeah whatever. We'll pick one out tomorrow. Just go get ready for the show. Oh wait you're driving me home." I groaned and got in the car.

Patrick, Joe, and Andy were yelling in the background as I did my eye liner. I finished and grabbed an empty beer can and threw it at them yelling,

"We have 2 minutes till show time! Shut the fuck up!" I grabbed my bass and they grabbed everything and we walked out.

We were playing and I saw a girl in the front with long black hair, half checkered and half black skinny jeans, and one of our tank tops with combat boots. She looked to be about 17.

Patrick kissed my cheek and I made a face. The girl laughed as did almost everyone.

"Pete you need to focus babe!" Pat laughed into his mic.

I looked at him saying, "Go away."

"Can't do that still need to sing," he smirked. I gave him a look before taking my water bottle and pouring it on him. He glared at me and I put my bass down and jumped into the crowd. They set me down by the girl I saw and I smiled,

"Hey."

"Hi. Patrick's glaring at you and he's right there I suggest you run," she replied pointing to the barrier. I turned around. HOLY FUCK! Patrick was right there! She laughed and I turned around yelling,

"Not funny!" I jumped the barrier and climbed back on stage. Our manager walked out saying,

"Okay the concert's over. Pete has to go adopt a kid." I groaned and grabbed my bass before walking offstage.
