Author: OctaviaLocke

First impressions: 9
The cover is nicely made and looks very intriguing, the title is interesting and will bring in readers. However, the print on the cover for the title seems a little small, proving hard to read for some mobile users

Description: 9.5
The description is cleanly written with only one missing space at the end, it gives the reader a good grasp of what is to come in the story

The story itself: 7.5
It's a rather good idea that the author has, but it seems the author was trying to cram the building blocks of the story into one chapter which resulted in quite the confusion during the first chapter. This chaotic system smooths out in the next chapter though, I also found a few small spelling errors and the author kept referring to the main characters as aviary creatures (birds)

Overall total: 8.5
The story is an interesting idea, however there was so much going on that it was hard to keep track of some things and often resulted with confusion. The author certainly has skill but this book has a little too much going on
