Matthew and I walked downstairs hand in hand where we found Melody and Hayes yelling at each other quietly at the end of the stairs. And when they saw us the quickly stopped and looked at us chuckling.

"Hey are you guys okay?" Matthew asked. And they both smiled and nodded.

"Happy Birthday baby brother! Oh my goodness! Can you believe that we are 26 years old! I definitely thought I was going to kill you by now. But love you, now come on!" I said before giving Hayes and kiss on the cheek then pulling him to the kitchen. He chuckled at me and followed.

"Oh my god my babies happy birthday! I cannot believe you are 26 freaking years old! It seems like you were 16 just the other day!" My mom cried while giving us a hug. You could see she was crying a little. Nash eventually peeled her off of us. He first gave me a hug.

"Happy birthday sissy. I love you B!" Nash whispered into my ear while holding me tight. I chuckled and smiled. Nash then pulled Hayes into a hug before giving him a nuggie. We all laughed at him. There was then a knock at the door. Hayes pulled himself out of the hug and ran to it. There was some laughing and then the door slammed.

"Where is my birthday baby!" I heard a familiar voice say. I looked behind me to see my Dad and Nila standing there. I squealed and ran over to them. "Oh there's my princess!" My dad said with a smile and giving me a big hug. I then went to Nila and gave her a big hug too.

"Happy birthday Blake! I can't believe that you are 26 years old!" Nila said and then we both chuckled a little bit. We then walked into the kitchen where everyone else was. I looked up the stairs to see Skylynn coming down. And she looked so cute!

Skylynn wore a pale pink lace skater dress with a vneck. A pair of white keds. She had her hair in a half up half down look with a bow in it. She had in a pair of gold chanel logo earrings. She then had on some rose gold eye shadow and a winged eye liner. 

"Good morning Ms. Skylynn." Johnnie said to Skylynn as she walked into the kitchen. Skylynn then looked over to him, smiled, and then waved.

"Okay mom so what is the plan today?" I asked mom. She looked over at me, chuckled, and then shook her head. She took a deep breath and then sat on one of the stools.

"Well it is your birthday, and Hayes's but whatever. The only important thing is that we are having a party for you here later, so that's why your dad and Nila are here. Otherwise you have the whole say to yourselves." Mom explained to us. I nodded and then looked over at Hayes.

"Well how about we go on a little family breakfast date. Just Hayes, Nash, Skylynn, and I. And then everyone else can do what they want until then?" I suggested. Hayes and Skylynn just nodded. I then heard loud footsteps coming up the stairs. I looked to see Nash and Cameron.

"I heard my name." Nash said nonchalantly while leaning up against the railing. Everyone laughed but I just rolled my eyes at him.

"We are going to have brunch, you, me, Sky, and Hayes." I said, Nash just nodded. "Okay so you can all do your own stuff. And Melody why don't you go hang out with my friends I guess, or with Holly. And then friends if my mother asks for help you better help her, that includes you to Mr. Matthew Lee Espinosa. Okay I love you all see you later!" I said before waving and walking out to Mom's car. Skylynn handed Nash the keys while she slid into the passenger seat.

"Okay so since you get to pick out brunch, how about I choose dessert?" Hayes said with a smile. I groaned.

"I guess." I sighed sarcastically. We both chuckled a little bit before Nash turned on the radio.

"So how are my birthday babies?" Nash asked and we all laughed a little. "But no seriously, and I haven't gotten you guys a gift yet, so how about we go to a store of your choice and we pick you each something out, but Holly gave me a budget for each." Nash said.

"Well I am doing fantastic! And we can do that." I said reassuringly. Nash smiled and nodded.

"Oh shit where are we going for brunch?" Nash asked.

"Um just choose one I like them all. But you should know my favorite." I said, Nash nodded. We all then jammed out to music in the car. And then once we got to the restaurant Hayes helped me out of the car and we walked in together. Once we got inside we were seated very quickly by a waitress who looked very familiar to me. I looked at the name tag and it just clicked.

She was the girl that my old ex-boyfriend, Tanner, made out with at my party. At my house.

"Hi Blake, Hey Hayes. So I am your waitress Natalie! So can I get you any drinks to start?" Natalie said with a fake smile.

"Yeah okay um. Since it's my birthday I will start off with a mimosa and an iced tea please!" I said with big smile. Natalie nodded at me and then smiled at Hayes who sat on my right.

"Hi Natalie, I will have the same as Blake please and thank you!" Hayes said before looking at his menu.  Natalie then took everyone else's orders before walking back to the kitchen. "Okay so that was weird." Hayes said.

"Yeah especially since she used to be a huge slut, like I hate to use that word but she was. And ugh I just can't and she was overly happy and stuff." I said quietly. Hayes nodded and agreed with me.
