My friend, family, and I were all now sitting around a giant table on my back patio. I smiled at all of them as we ate. Matthew looked over at me and smiled back.

"So I guess you're all wondering why we are doing this. And um the reason why is because Matthew and I are engaged! We're getting married!" I finally said and everyone cheered and applauded.  Matthew just stood next to me and held my hand tight. And all I could do was smile.

"So when's the baby?" Cameron said jokingly. And everyone just laughed. I saw that some of my friends had tears in their eyes.

"Well let us see the ring!" Trista squealed while running over to me. I chuckled and grabbed it from Matthews hand.  I then put it on finger and showed it off to everyone as they went 'ohhh' and 'aww'. I smiled and just looked at how beautiful my ring was.

"Well let's start planning!" Holly said while clapping her hands. I just shook my head and smiled.

"Oh no no no. I just want to relax right now." I said while nodding. And all my friends just burst out laughing at me.

"Blake, a bride never relaxes." Kendall said while chuckling and putting her hand on my shoulder. All my friends agreed with her. I threw my head back and groaned.

"Ugh. Well I like to plan things, so whatever now let's eat our brunch!" I said while sitting down. Everyone just chuckled. Matthew grabbed my hand and smiled at me.

"Everything will be okay, I don't even want that big of a wedding. But I know that knowing both our family's it's not going to be that way. Just as long as you I'll be okay." Matthew said while squeezing my hand a little bit tighter. I smiled and squeezed his hand back.

"So when do you guys want to have your wedding?" Mom asked. I took a deep breath then shrugged. I looked over at Matthew.

"I don't really care just as long as I'm with Matthew." I said with a big smile across my face.

"That's what I said when I married Nash, but it later turned into, when's a month when. I thing important is happening. So that's why we got married in September because nothing exciting happens then." Holly said with a big smile while she shook her head.

"Okay well how about we get married in May." I suggested. Matthew smiled and nodded.

"Yeah I like that. How about May like 25?" Matthew suggested. I smiled and nodded back.

"Yeah, I like that." I said. Everyone then pulled out their calendars and got ready to turn it down. But had nothing to object to it.

"Wow, you are actually really good at picking dates." Carter said. Matthew just stared into my eyes and shrugged.

"Perfect so let's put that into our calendars and plan around that. I said while fixing myself back up to eat again. Everyone nodded and started to eat again and we all talked about what I wanted for my wedding. After everyone finished eating we went inside and I sat on the couch next to Matthew. Some of them stayed and we watched Mamma Mia, while the rest went out and ran some errands.

"So who is going to be like your bridesmaids and stuff?" Ellie asked while skipping over to me. I just looked at her and shrugged.

"Well I'm sure my siblings will be apart of it. And I think I want Skylynn to be my bridesmaid of honor. And then I think Hayes will be groomsmen of honor, as long as that's okay with Matthew. Oh and Nash would obviously be apart of it somehow. He might just be an usher though. And then I want Kylie to be my flower girl. And for you miss Ellie you would be my junior bridesmaid!" I said as Matthew pulled her up onto his lap. Ellie squealed and clapped her hands.

"I heard my name." Skylynn sang while she skipped over towards us. I smiled and just nodded my head at her. "What were you saying?: Skylynn asked. I just shrugged. She rolled her eyes then walked away. Ellie giggled and shoved her head into Matthew's chest.

"Okay, so you can't tell Sky though okay? I want to ask her in some big ridiculous way! It'll probably be tomorrow. We are obviously going to have to announce everything tomorrow." I said while getting stressed out about thinking that I'd have to tell everyone that tomorrow. Matthew just rubbed my back.

"God you're just so perfect. But don't worry. I will be there with, by your side, the whole time." Matthew said. I smiled at him a little bit brighter.

The next day Matthew woke me up for our show. I groaned and rolled over. He then pulled the blankets away from me. I groaned osme more and rolled up into a little ball. Matthew chuckled at me and then started jumping on the bed.

"I'm up! I'm up!" I said as I rolled off the bed and standing up. Matthew chuckled at me some more. I then went into the bathroom and took a quick shower. I then put on my robe and searched for an outfit.

I put on a black and white stripped crepe crossover dress. Then a pair of black heels that had a strap around my ankle. I had my hair in a half up half down look then with the ponytial thin flipped. I had my eye makeup done, and my eyebrows on fleek. I had an army green tote purse. I then slipped my ring onto my finger with a smile on my face.

"You look like a freaking goddess." Matthew said while standing behind me. I smiled and looked at the ground and he slipped his arms around my waist. I took a deep breath. "Hey is everything okay?" Matthew asked. I took another deep breath.

"Um, yeah. But do you think it's the right choice to tell everyone today that we're engaged?" I asked. I then looked up at Matthew to see had the biggest smile on his face. "I don't mean it as in I don't want to marry you. More like how will people react and stuff." I said.

"Well I think if they are true fans they will be nothing but happy for us. So don't worry about them. Just worry about how I make you happy." Matthew said while turning me towards him and taking my hands and holding them tightly. I looked up at him and smiled. I love this man, my best friend, and I'm marrying him. Wow.
