Im not sure where I am and I'm not sure where I'm going I mean I must be getting better cos I'm eating my meals more but I don't feel it.
Anyway I think I'm getting a bit of an obsession with Alice in wonderland.
With the occupational therapist ive made a colour chart based on how i feel at any time.
->BLUE is my happiest/satisfied colour
->PINK is my okay but not great colour
->GREEN is my 'something is wrong' colour/feeling kinda stress sick
->PURPLE is my worse colour where i need an outlet
And
->BLACK is my shutdown colour where i don't feel anymore cos something is bad.
Right now i feel like im pretty green but I don't know what to do about it.
My nurse said he would come back but he hasn't yet.
I feel very disjointed.
